Holy smokes. My husband and I stopped in after moving all day because we needed a hearty meal. We got the stewed chicken and it was to die for. It came with a HUGE serving of rice, fried plantains, and some pickled slaw. The stew sauce with the rice was so good. We came back the next day and got it again but instead of the black mushroom rice, we tried the white coconut rice with black beans. Yummmmm. Overall it’s a great place that offers decent food. And comparing to other Haitian food places, this one taste more authentic. However not the best for customer service. They can sound rude over the phone when you call. I’m conflicted if I would ever want to return to this place, the food is good but customer service is unwelcoming. Need someone more patient and understanding to answer the phone.
