Normally I have nothing but good things to say, but I normally go there in the afternoon which apparently makes all the difference. While my food was fine, the worker was somewhat rude to me, but nothing ide fuss over. My main problem and what spurred this review was watching the worker verbally berate a man who clearly didn't speak english. He was pointing at what he wanted, he was trying to order and she couldn't even turn around to look at what he was pointing at (which even i could see what he wanted) She continued to raise her voice over and over at the man. Extremely condescending. Extremely rude.
It wasn't busy. I could have understood somewhat if there was a line. She was just being a jerk for no reason. She shouldn't work in fall river if she cant deal with someone having limited access to english.

The food was great but the worker Tina is incredibly rude. Smiling condescendingly and laughing because I didn’t know you didn’t carry Swiss cheese. Like I’m supposed to memorize the menu for every restaurant I go to. Then talking badly about customers under her breath as they walk through the door. She probably shouldn’t be working with the public with such little self control.

Older lady working behind the counter with tattoos is awful . She is super rude to the customers especially the elderly . I have been coming to this subway for a very long time and it only seems to be getting worse . I will be filing a complaint with headquarters to ensure something is done

Whoever the new woman is with undercut and red hair is a very miserable nasty person so rude made me feel like I shouldn’t even be in the store ordering if u dont like customers dont work a job with them i would really appreciate if the owner of this franchise would contact me. Other guy who is always there is awesome and super nice
personally i love subway but the lady that was working asked me what i wanted on my sandwich and tried to corrects me and telling me that it’s a sandwich. when you ask someone what they would like on their sandwich just put on what they ask and do your job instead of trying to correct your customers 100% never going there again and employees needs to do better very rude and not happy mind you i work with kids and felt like i was being talked to like a child not impressed at all

i love subways food its good for a cheep grab. i went in to oeder and a older lady was there, i feelt rushed and judged, also me being socially uncomfortable and streesed because of the rushed feeling and judgment. this has never happened before and im now only ordering online for pick up or going in with my husband.

I ordered a kids meal and she made me a foot long. I didn't notice because the cover to the brain was up. When I told her she seemed aggravated. At checkout when I asked her what came with it she said "Whatever you want". The other worker had to come over and explain to me for an extra charge I could get a milk and applesauce with it. It was not a good experience. I was there around 5pm.

Johnathan made my sandwich very poorly. The knife was soaking wet when he cut my sandwich, and it wasn't even cut correctly either. I personally had to inspect that sandwhich after it was wrapped. I even asked for the knife they cut with so i can actually cut it right for him. Very disappointed with the way my sandwich was made. I honestly regret even walking out with that sandwich. I shouldnt have wasted my money on something poorly made like that. Won't ever waste my money on anything that young man makes again. Very unprofessional. Kind man cant say he isnt really nice, But subway isn't the job for him. And after that experience I had I refuse to ever go there when he's working.
