Mobile Ordered food over 30 minutes ago, said it was ready and she didn’t even start it yet. She was just lolli gagging in the back. Had to yell for someone to come out 3 times before she even decided to come out.

So why give a customer what they want, just make the sandwich your way. Makes sense paying for what you did not ask for. Service and quality go down hill daily, bacon black, titan turkey with extra turkey about 7 slices, cheese on half my sandwich and a quarter of sandwich on each end just empty. Good money for low quality.

It was freezing out, and I seen that this subway opened at 9am. The guy was outside and I had mentioned hey you open at 9 right? He said yes. So I waited 20 mins in the freezing cold. 9am comes I walk inside he's sitting down, he goes I have nothing out yet? I said you open at 9 right he goes yeah but nothing will be out until 9:20.. like why are you sitting on your phone when you should be getting the place up and ready, it's the guy with the beard. He was rude too he's like sorry, happy holidays all sarcastic. Never again, it's so hard to find decent help now a days.

The manger has no class .. she needs a professional training from Subway... The manger stated it's not my issue that the lettuce was soggy and brown .. well she might be right about that but it will be the owners issue for hiring trash workers. Who are trying to sell customer's food that can harm and make others sick ::: the manger needs to seek some mental help cause the way she carried her self as a manager was gross and unprofessional not sure if u know what being professional is but I'll be reporting you to the world at this point get ready for inspection dirty girls ..make that your problem

I had a great experience I went and placed an order. I was greeted by Damianna and Natasha. They are awesome polite girls. They made my experience at the subway. Incredible. This is one of the best subways in the city. Thank you girls for your outstanding five star. Visit your boss should be honored to have your two girls working there. Can’t wait to see you girls again.
