Our favorite in the city. Best Portuguese food, great service.
I ordered the Portuguese soup and flan. Unfortunately, the flan had visible mold on it, and the soup tasted stale—it was completely inedible. I couldn’t eat any of it, and it felt like a total waste of money. Very disappointing experience.
What made the experience even worse was how the staff treated my Hispanic wife. Their attitude toward her was noticeably different—rude, dismissive, and disrespectful in a way they weren’t with other customers. It felt racist and left both of us deeply uncomfortable.
There are far better Portuguese restaurants out there that serve quality food and treat all customers with respect.
This is one of our favorite restaurants we've been coming here for so long now and we always come back for a reason!!!!
Don't buy gift cards as their policy is they expire within a year. Not a great policy with zero flexibility. I checked with the MA Attorney General office and state policy says they must be good for at least 7 years from issuance. I will be filing a complaint with the state. Don't buy gift cards from them. Plenty of other restaurants in the city to choose from.
Great Family Style Plates. Great Back room. Private.
Great food! Lovely servers! Fun/intimate atmosphere. Will be returning to try more on the menu!

This is unbelievable we DoorDashed some food and the sandwiches are so small. There’s such a huge container of gravy with like an eighth of gravy in the container and I’m just so disappointed in you guys. I feel like you guys ate half of our sandwiches you guys forgot the black olives and banana peppers for the calamari.

Great wine, not on wine list. Ask for Meandro, excellent Douro wine. Great food specials.

After waiting for more than an hour for my baked stuffed shrimp, it came very overcooked and rubbery. Waiter offered to get me another, but didn't want to wait another hour. We will not be going back anytime soon.

Classic Fall River Portuguese vibes. Bean Pudding is must try
We enjoyed every dish we had which included the shrimp and garlic as well as the shrimp Mozambique (preferred the Mozambique) also had the fried pork, clams, and potatoes (simple and delish) as well as the bistec with fried egg and pepper (I was not expecting this to be as good as is was but it was cooked perfectly and the sauce was excellent-maybe ask for extra peppers though), the seafood and rice dish was my favorite - perfectly spiced and nothing overcooked. Very friendly service without a flaw. Oh yes, and the rustic flan is worth it (especially with a bica).
