It's not Taco Bell's fault for any of this. It's the ineptitude of the people employed here that make everything so terrible. That goes for most all restaurants of Fall River. You can't get one decent meal in this city because the people who work there are all incompetent and willfully ignorant. It's disgraceful and can't be avoided. Save your money and dine anywhere but Fall River.

I have only had breakfast here. That's all I need to know it's not good. The hash browns are always burt to a crisp, literally. The cheese is never fully melted, and you usually get a full bite or a few bites of straight cold Mexican cheese. Everything is always inconsistently layered and arranged. The food literally only needs to be prepared properly and this place can't do it. With how expensive fast food is now. It's just not even worth it when it's prepared like no one gives a shit about it.

Worst taco bell ever!!! They need to stop hiring the 15 year old school kids because they have no clue. Ordered my kid a chicken quesadilla and he got a half of a quesadilla and a taco that looks like it sat for a few hours with dried up cheese and a stale taco. Not my first incident with this location but will definitely be my last They suck!!!!!

My pick up order said ready. It was, but behind the counter. The main cashier was tik tok dancing and after the other 3 people in the same situation got their food, I got mineā¦ I had a large order. All of it was half hazardously thrown in the bag. A party pack of tacos crushing everything else mixed in. I needed them to remake a crushed Mexican pizza. Gave it to the girl. Waited 10 min before I think another girl called me forward. She asked what I neededā¦ when I said I had a crushed Mexican pizza, she asked, ādo you want me to remake it?ā At this point I raised my voice and ANOTHER 10 min later I left with a new pizza, and a bag of cold soggy food

They really get NO STARS!!! But I had to put one to post. I have had THE WORST experience with this Taco Bell and it's ALWAYS the night/early morning shift. After 12am. The manager is very rude most of the time. They have messed up my order more than 3 times and it's always the same shift and manager. When calling to speak with the manager, you can hear the crew members laughing and playing in the background. Not only have they messed up my order, but I found a lash in my food. I called yet again to complain to the manager and she says "oh we don't allow them to wear lashes and long nails". That's a bold face lie because she had lashes on. I will be calling corporate on this location and the manager. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TACO BELL, ESPECIALLY AFTER HOURS!!!
