I got the street chalupa with cinnamon twist and fries. The stret tacos were fire, but the cinnamon twist ls were missing and the French fries were soggy and stale.

The service was okay but I was charged a different amount for the same food that I got a week before. I think when I ordered three dollar menu like I did the second time and the woman that was ringing stuff up put it as a different item and - certain things that don't go on the other burrito which makes it cheaper. When I asked her why am I not getting it for that price she said she didn't know what I was talking about and there's no $3 burrito which I get all the time so I know there is so that's the only problem I had and the fact that I couldn't change it for the right price instead of 6 dollars I paid $11.50 so that's not acceptable. I didn't wait around and try and fix it because I would have had to wait until she can figure out everything because she told me no I was wrong.

Probably the worst fast food experience of my life. Placed an online order for two build your own boxes, nothing crazy. Received the incorrect order twice. Am currently am still waiting for them to remake my food 2 HOURS later of going back and forth

Dine experience was terrible. Waited 25 minutes then someone asked if we already got our meal then kept saying it was in the works. Once they realized they missed up we waited another 20 minutes totaling a 45 minute wait for tacos. I would not recommend dining in there.

Monkeys could do a better job. Asked for a dirty soda and explained it’s Baja blast and a splash of coffee creamer and she goes we don’t have that like I can clearly see you carry coffee and Baja blast it’s not something next level

As a door dasher they will treat u like a begging dog. Talk trash and mock you as u wait patiently for as long as 30 minutes. They dont respond to the window bell and let numerous doordash orders pile up while numerous washers are filling up the parking lot and thays when nobody is in the drive through.

They never make the food right. I usually go to the one on the bottom of the ave (pass pub99) because the other one was terrible but this one is starting to get worse. Drive thru customer service is always rushing, never greet at the window, and half the time the food was made wrong or items are missing. It's disappointing because I really enjoyed the food.
Spoke to the manager and he was already aware of what happened and handled it. Made his employees aware that is unacceptable.
I am a door Dasher. I am editing this review to bring attention to something. They gave the order to the wrong person. They were remaking it when that person brought it back in ( open and obviously gone through ) and said it wasn't his order. I legit watched them put it down tape it and try to give to me to dilever. I explained the health reasons why that food is now trash and they need to remake it. The response I got was disgusting. They said we will not remake it. Herre it Is take it or don't.. I called the customer and told him to cancel and why. He agreed.

Horrible taco bell. I usually avoid this taco bell and go to the top of the ave but I mistakenly made an online order at this one. Went 20 mins after I placed the order and it still wasn't done. There was noone in the drive-through or in the store. I had to wait 10 more minutes in the drive thru for it to be finished. No matter what time I go here or if they are busy or not I have to wait in the parking lot for my food. Someday im gonna order just a drink to see if they make me pull over and wait for it. Avoid at all costs if you value your time. 90% of the time I have to go back in cause they have forgotten half of my stuff. Do better.
