If the chef wants to stop cooking at one and start cleaning up so he can get out of there at 1:45. He shouldn’t take any more tables. The food was good, but waited 45 minutes.
And a few words from this humble world traveled, chef twisted griddle is absolutely exceptional, exquisite, enigmatic , and ethereal. Short of being curbside at Café del Paris, you will not find a better eggs Benedict anywhere. Ace sublimely perfectly cooked poached egg with equally extraordinary hollandaise. Your taste buds will never have anything finer pass over them. .Period End of story. Mic dropped now
