The fall river Walmart has friendly associates and always help. Store seems stocked most of the time even though they are remodeling. Ogp is a great department as well super friendly.

I like Super Walmarts over the regular Walmarts, they are brighter, cleaner, roomier and they have a more complete grocery section. I eat a lot of popcorn and I love their Light Butter light popcorn. It's one of the best values per ounce out there. I also love the Orville Redenbacher, a man that spent about 15 years seeking the popcorn lover's version of the Holy Grail - a fluffier kernel that pops at a near- perfect rate. To find it, he pollinated an estimated 2.25 million stalks of corn, experimenting with some 30,000 hybrids. Prices are good and the self checkouts are easy to get in/out quickly.

I just came from Walmart Fall River I've been meaning to say something about the trash in the parking lot it's disgusting whoever manages the Walmart needs to wake up and clean it up

Customer service is a joke at this place. Don't even bother trying to ask anyone on the floor to help you find something. You are better off just going to the service desk. I asked two separate people to help me find something.... Both of them said I don't know where it is and walked away. I even tried to utilize the app and it said it was in a certain aisle and there was no sign of it anywhere I showed both of the staff personnel the app and they both shrugged their shoulders and walked away.

I bought a apple gift card and I add money on it doesn't work the code and try calling Walmart no answer so call apple and they told to call so I can get my money back but no wants to answer

Will NEVER shop there again after being treated like a criminal. Our cart was physically blocked by "man with a coffee cup" - who never identified himself as possibly undercover security person - because I told the receipt-checker person that my receipt was put away in my bag and I did not want to take it out. "Man-with-a-coffee-cup" stood in front of our cart and said that they would "not let me leave the store" with the cart and that they could do so because "the store is privately-owned." I threatened to and would have put back every item I had shopped and paid for, would I not be holding up the rest of my party. The police officer who approached said when I asked him that it was not illegal for me to leave the store with my purchases without showing my receipt, nor would I be arrested if I attempted to do so. I realize that the receipt-checker "has a job to do," as "man-with-a-coffee cup" told me, but a polite "no thank you" seems to work at EVERY OTHER Walmart where I shop. "Man-with-a-coffee-cup" also accused me of being rude, which I was not - I was heated and animated but did not verbally attack anybody. I WISH they would have tried to put their hands on me with all of our paid-for items in the cart! "Man-with-a-coffee-cup," whether he is private security or Walmart employee, needs some training. I was REALLY burned up, to the embarrassment of my co-shoppers, and will probably complain to the actual management when I get around to it, but this will do for now.

Excellent the young lady who served me was very polite and got my order fast very good.
After doing my shopping yesterday 6/30/2019 I went to the self check out and the associate in the self check out named Laurie treated me like I was stupid, over talking me when I was trying to enter my pin for my debit card, invading my personal space,hovering over me and after putting in the code for a priced item threw the item at my daughter and when I went to go speak to the manager in the customer care center she was walking past us giving us dirty looks as if she was trying to intimate us. I have never been treated with such disregard as a human in my life.

I personally have had no problems with this store, the few times I have gone there, except for not finding anything I had gone there to buy, like a computer chair, computer desk, Nightwish CD, Within Temptation DVD, Rammstein CD's, etc. I now need a computer printer, but after reading these reviews, I will just order it from Amazon. I don't see the need of going through anything like this. I worked in retail management for 37 years, and my question here to Wal-Mart's upper management team is whether or not they have read these reviews. If they have,is there anything being done to correct the problems ? A territorial manager or above would come to this store with a printout of all these complaints, make the store manager and assistants sit there and read them all, and then advise them that if noticeable improvements are not made immediately, changes in management would be necessary. But that is how MY company would have handled this. Word of mouth advertising: I have a good experience, I tell 3 or 4 friends or family members. I have a bad experience, I tell 15 or 20. How much do you spend on advertising to get people into the store ? From what I see, you have severely wasted your money.

Do not goto this walmart alone. There is no parking lot security. Be prepared to be harassed by pan handlers aggressively asking for money. Assaults are high risk in that area. Stabbings and robberies are commonplace in and around this location. Limited police presence and no walmart security. It's no wonder a decomposing dead body was found adjacent to the parking lot, that had been there for months! With the constant rise of criminal activity in and around this walmart, a proactive response would be visible private security. Unfortunately management at this location doesn't care about customer safety, and is more worried about looking at your receipt upon exiting. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Wallie World, Walmarting I stop in when I am near one, but this is my hometown Supercenter store just down the street. I know where everything is in this store, what items I need and how to save $$. It's great for me so convenient for any of my needs!

Self check out closed. 2 registers open. 20 minute wait.I saw other employees wandering around having a good time as well as what appeared to be the manager watching as lines accumulated to zig zags around the aisles. Parking lot is like a game of frogger. I use this store as a last minute resort if it's late. Otherwise going in anytime before 9 is a nightmare.
