Every time I order A JR BACON CHEESEBURGER FROM HERE I GET A PLAIN CHEESEBURGER. WHERE IS THE BACON?

I do have a stomach condition which does not allow me to eat or drink a lot of foods and liquids.I ordered food through Uber eats from this establishment. When I received my food I noticed that my drink was wrong. I ordered Sprite with no ice. When I call Wendy's I asked what was in the cup they told me the machine was broken and they had to give me lemonade. And I was told that the driver was informed and was supposed to call me and never did. When I tried to call Wendy's back to see how we could rectify the situation they never picked the phone up.

Alex is a Rockstar. Alex offered fast, kind, and informative service. While clearly understaffed Alex seemed to be working 3 roles;headset, cashier(window) and seemed to be helping the cooks as well. Alex was attentive-- made sure my order was correct, my coupon applied and rewards attached. When you are in a rush and need a quick meal, Alex is exactly the type of worker you want taking your order. :)

Whoever the Big Back girl is working the drive through Today 01/28/25, needs to be moved to dishwasher or table cleaner, not only did she get my order all wrong when I got up to the window I asked politely if I could get two more sauces before she charged me, well she charged me for the sauce and still didn’t give me them. Had a major attitude like I was forcing her to work there or something. Food was cold but can’t expect any better to come out of Fallriver

There’s always something wrong with the fountain drinks they taste like complete garbage every single flavor I try is either no carbonation or no syrup flavor sometimes it’s both

Ordered a small chocolate frosty, I was told "hell nahh", gave him silence then he told me "pull up".
Love the Dr. Pepper they always have it! The soda is always full and I always get different food items. The staff are very nice as well.

I've been coming here for a while and the staff are very pleasant people. You get greeted with a nice smile and I've never gotten my order messed up. The food is good compared to other Wendy's I've been to where I get barely any of the food I ordered or none of the food I ordered! I love the soda machines because they are very high tech and almost always full, its easier to use and the screen is so much more fun.

I never even got to order I stood there I was the only person in line not one person greeted me not one person told me to hold on All they did was concentrate on the drive-thru that did not care for anybody eating inside the restaurant. The manager would not even look at me she needs to be retrained everybody in that restaurant needs to be retrained. It's another Wendy's I will never be going to because of management

Was expecting more from the Krabby Patty Collab. Lately this location has been letting me down. The frosty only had the puree in the bottom and not swirled like in the original image. And you can also see the quality of the sandwich. Before this visit i had a food missing and they didn’t even let me know that the item was no longer available until i asked for it and they replaced it with something else. Don’t think i will go back to this location.
