Idk who the hiring manager or night crew manager is but every and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME i go to this location at night time they screw up my order or give me old dry food, every one in that kitchen on the night shift should be fired. Some times all I want after work is a good hot meal and I’ve wasted alot of time and money coming here, no more and im spreading the word.

Literally put in order in ONLINE, so that all that needed to be done to get it right, was read.Ordered a sandwich that had mayo and pickles added, not done. A sandwich with no lettuce or tomato, not done. One drink was suppose to be strawberry lemonade, another Dr. Pepper. Not done. No requested sauces.I could understand if this was a spoken order, but it was not...

The buns were hard like bricks. They forgot my Chili and I had to tell them I was missing a drink. This location is generally good, but this experience just pushed me to another Wendy's.
This place sucks the sandwiches maker can’t even make a baconator right it sucks when you order Uber eats so you get stuck with whatever my fries were chopped up I guess they showed me a lesson for ordering food here and making them work well screw you dry butt baconater with a side of chopped fries how hard is it to work

This is the WORST by far that I've ever been to i went there on dec 23 around 7:30 with my 2 kids to order food the worker Joe was the one taking my order he was huffing and puffing I asked him if he was OK he said no I want to be home with my family. So I told him sorry to hear that and he goes on to tell me no your not if I was of be home cooking. I left there called to get the store number when o got home he gave me the wrong store number than to my phone number and sent me the nastiest messages calling me a Crack head all sorts of words that didn't make sense. I have never in 53 years been spoken to like that or treated in that was at a fast food restaurant. Really hope the owners check to see what they made for money that day because he literally chased everyone off one women said she waited 10min for them to take the order and the where all there on one to the order this is not how you run a business. I went to the other Wendy's on Bedford st told them what happened they weren't surprised I have them my money.

This is the 3rd time in a month that they have been cash only. Which is crazy, but today they were EXACT Cash only! They did not have any ones or fives. They are in the plaza with 2 different banks. They couldn't explain their situation and get change so someone who has a $20 could get lunch. This has started to become a joke. Which is sad as the food is usually always really fresh at this location.
