We have been going to Anejo in Falmouth for years. It is one of the few places that allows dogs in their outdoor seating. Starting vacation with a perfect margarita and delicious food is a must. On our last visit my daughter got their enchiladas and the plate was huge--she ate it all. I had the tres tacos which were delicious. We were there during the Falmouth downtown trick or treating and it was fun watching all the costumes on a beautiful fall day.
Go for: Generous portions of surprisingly authentic Mexican cuisine (surprising, given that the restaurant is on Cape Cod).
Avoid if: You wanted to go to a Tex-Mex restaurant.
Something surprising: The amount of indoor and outdoor seating is downright impressive for a restaurant in a small New England town.

My boyfriend and I were so excited to try this restaurant as we had heard from many family and friends that it was delicious. We stumbled in on a warm Saturday afternoon with no reservation and were quickly seated at a high top near the bar.
