Had ice cream here, was good.
I love their Gelato! You can't find it at too many places. The chocolate treats are wonderful too!
Amazing ice cream and staff is very patient and pleasant.
Walked in an unlocked open door waiting behind other patrons, pregnant and really wanting ice cream. After we got in line we were told there were closed and had to leave.
Lobster ice cream is actually good somehow. The lobster is chewy like gummy candy and it works. They make their own ice cream here. Definitely worth a stop!
Though the candy is good, the staff have very bad training about allergies. They told me the ice cream was nut free than I had an allergic reaction. They have also told me that the candy fruit slices are safe for my allergies before than told me other times they’re not.
Not knowing about allergies in your store can be deadly. Please do better.
Fudge and ice-cream lovers heaven 🔥
Horrible place. After waiting 40 minutes in line, they told us to go back to the end of the line. Then, we were overcharged by $18, and they refused to discuss it. The employees seemed like good people, but the process and management were straight up awful. It ruined our evening.
Walking into Ben & Bill's Chocolate Emporium is an experience in itself—the incredible smell of chocolate and sugar fills the air! We stopped in for a treat and were not disappointed.
The ice cream was absolutely delicious, with so many amazing flavors to choose from. We also picked up some of their fudge, and it was rich, very creamy.
The staff was friendly and the service was quick. It's the perfect spot to satisfy your sweet tooth. We'll definitely be back for more next time we're in Falmouth!
So fun yummy ice cream hard to beat the vibe inside.

Line is out the door for a reason. Their ice cream is excellent. I recommend their German chocolate cake flavor.

Very crowded and a lot of people, gummy bears were stale, service was awful. Staff were very mean, and the ice cream wasn’t the best.
