Food is awesome! Coffee is exceptional. Love to hear the 50’s oldies playing over conversations we had.

Really tasty food, huge portions, good coffee and friendly service in a vintage diner - what more could you ask?!

Took 15 minutes to get drinks. 15 more to get a burnt bagel. Did give us another but worst diner experience ever. Plus,no pies. All diners should have pies!

Service was terrible. We waited for 15 minutes at our table without any acknowledgement and it took the hostess reminding the server that we were her table to which she said “I know”. Never got our water, had to ask for silverware on multiple occasions and food was truly very mediocre for the price.

What a cool little spot. Food was amazing ! Our server was a very young blonde girl. Very nice, down to earth. Oh did I mention. We were a party of 10 on 10 Harley's who just popped in without a warning. An they couldn't have been more accommodating. They simply asked for a moment. Pushed a cpl of tables together and welcomed us in. Kudos Betsy's ! I had the turkey club and it was huge, and delicious ! Quality of meat is outstanding. My brother had the meatloaf dinner and loved it ! Everyone was pleased. Definitely my new go too spot when in the area. If you haven't been here, you're missing out my friends ! Betsy's, don't change a thing.. 🤘🏼

My husband and I love coming to Cape Cod for our fall vacation. We revisit our favorite restaurants every year. Betsy’s Diner used to be one of our favorites. But after this year’s experience, it is coming off of our list. The waitresses were two young women who had no idea how to welcome patrons or provide reasonable service. For exsmple, when they brought the ice water, it was room temperature with 1 ice cube in the 12 oz glass. I ordered pumpkin pancakes which were good, but bland. No powdered sugar or a dollop of butter. There was butter smeared over the top. I asked for more butter and was presented with a saucer with a large smear of butter or a butter-like spread. My husband ordered the meatloaf special and it was good. The temperature was very hot which was appreciated. However, we missed the fried clam strips. The menu was greatly reduced in selections. Sadly, the upkeep of the restsurant has declined. The glass domes covering the donuts and muffins look like they hadn’t been cleaned in over a week. The chrome bases on the counter stools no longer gleamed as before. We should have known that quality has declined when the parking lot was empty during the lunch hour. It’s sad to see how Betsy’s Diner has declined.

Good hot food, great service and that with a smile. Engaging servers. We went twice and plan on returning.

I could not stop smiling while I was at Betsy’s Diner. The nostalgic feeling alone just made me giddy. It was like going back in time. The decor, the music…it was so much fun. I always wished I had lived during that time period.

The wait staff was energetic and friendly and the food was great. I got their gluten free Belgian waffle with fruit. It was delicious. I highly recommend Betsy’s Diner, especially if you’re gluten free. They have many options and ensure safety standards are met.

This is our second time at Betsy's Diner and we've been happy both times and will be back. The omelet I had was excellent as was my wife's French toast. The service was a little slow but listening to music from the fifties was soothing.
