I got a literal COLD double cheeseburger. Could feel the cold of the cheese added. 0 warmth. Swung back around. Big Jamaican man nucked it. Now so hot I cant handle it and its a huge mess in the wrapping. Terrible service. Terrible that you'd even hand someone a COLD burger. Crazy how terrible fast food workers have gotten. Pure laziness.

Very rude and disrespectful towards their customers. I was in 3 months ago and they don’t speak any type of English and the cashier yelled at me because she couldn’t understand what I was saying to her ! And I asked for the manager and sad also he couldn’t speak English either. They have no concept of the situation. And my 2 burgers I ordered wets Raw!

I'm sorry to say, quite possibly the most poorly managed Burger King in the country. Looks abandoned and shabby with trash flying around on the outside, employees that don't seem to care at all for the customers and subpar food standards. I WANTED to like this place....but, it's impossible. Where is the manager and where is the owner??? PLEASE put a little effort into this place, with little care it could be pleasant and successful.

The food is always good, but the drive-through wait times are absurd. Even with only one car ahead, you’re guaranteed at least a 10-minute wait. I’ve been here multiple times, and every visit feels like an eternity in line. Mobile ordering doesn’t help either—they don’t start making your food until you arrive and let them know you’re picking it up. Calling this ‘fast food’ is a joke; I’ve gotten meals quicker at nice sit-down restaurants.

This guys are bad, The drive thru says it's open until 1am, but when I went there at 11:52pm they told me they were closed.

We received horrible service and lousy burned fish sandwich wilted veggies and tomato on it Fries were old This is the second horrible experience at this location there won’t be a third! Poor poor poor

Not enough care, slightly slower service then you'd expect for a simple order. No one seemed to be checking what they had down or ready to be put out. If you like burger King and don't mind waiting forever, here you are.

The french fries were cold and tasted of nothing but pure salt. One of the Whoppers that was ordered the lettuce that was on it was just the middle hard parts of the lettuce in the bacon wasn't even cooked.

Stood at the front order table inside for almost 10 minutes and not one employee took my order or acknowledged that I was even there. It was just me and one other lady in line. We both lost patience and walked out the door. For years this Burger King location has been so poorly run, idk how it is still in business. I worked here back in 2005 when I was a senior in high school. It’s really gone down hill since then.
