My daughter gave us a gift card and we booked our table for August 2. The reservation was confirmed by Open Table. We were really Looking forward to the dinner but we arrived there and it was closed. I don’t know why we weren’t notified. I had provided my contact information. Since we were on vacation to Falmouth, there will be no opportunity to visit this restaurant again. My daughter gave me a generous gift card for my birthday. It was very unfortunate and costly for her and for us.

Had to confirm reservation twice. Drove a half hour to get there. Restaurant was closed. Note on the door said sorry for the inconvenience. Really? You contacted for confirmation. Didn't have the decency to contact us for the cancellation. Will never ever go again. Will tell anyone who we know to never go C Salt!

This restaurant is extremely unprofessional. I had a reservation here 7/27 for my birthday which i made 3 weeks ago, I confirmed via open table same day. Showed up at the restaurant to find a white piece of paper of the door that said they were closed. We all know things happen, but why wouldn't you have one person go in to call your book of reservations? Being a Thursday night at 7:15 in downtown Falmouth this was an awful feeling. I know they had my number as they had called me 2 weeks prior to cancel a reservation for a party of 5 on a Tuesday saying they no longer had kitchen staff to be open on Tuesdays. They don't seem to have it together and ironically they asked me through open table to leave them a review. ?♀️

I made a reservation a week earlier and confirmed two days before. When I got to the restaurant, it was closed! You wish they have the decency to text or called so that I didn't have to spend the whole evening getting ready for a special dinner and then had to scramble to find another restaurant during a busy dinner time! Last time when I was there, they gave my reserved table away and made us wait for an hour. After two years, I figured I will give them a chance to redeem themselves because the restaurant was good when it first opened! I will never go back to this restaurant again! Horrible C Salt!

The food was very good, but.... the service was not very good. Our waiter ignored us before he came over to ask if we wanted drinks. He said he forgot we were there. He never got around to getting us our drinks and someone in my party had to go and ask another wait staff. Very disappointed in the service.

Just had one of the best dinners! Tried the tuna tartar, lobster pasta and the half duck with bad buns. Everything was amazing and fresh. Thank you! Will come again!

Brought friends several times - love it every time Tuna Sashimi - small portion, but fresh & delicious Tuna Poke - better for sharing - delicious with those shrimp chips Duck - EXCEPTIONAL - ordered a few times, last round we had smaller portion & left surprised - not sure why Roasted Veggies- sublime, perfectly cooked SO much flavor, nothing over salted, just seasoned perfectly Iceberg & crunchy top - YUMMO Beef Dumplings in broth - O. M. G. really flavorful and a humungous treat THANKS so much team!

This restaurant has an interesting menu, with creative options. Some of the execution varies. The duck barbeque was truly outstanding (truly delicious) but enough for two people with leftovers. In other words, the portions are ridiculous ... especially where patrons are likely to be on vacation with limited ability to refrigerate or reheat the dish. My salad and my companion's ceviche were over salted, causing us to wonder whether it was on purpose given the name of the restaurant. Were we supposed to SEE the Salt? Personnel were all delightful, from those greeting us, to the bartender, our waiter and the host checking on our meals. Overall, a pleasant experience.

This is not the same C Salt of Old. Service was terrible while a bunch of staff stood around conversing and laughing including our waiter. Food was just okay but not worth the price. Our food sat under a heat lamp with staff standing over and breathing on our food while they waited for the buns to cook. The oven was not working. Why not bring our hot food over without the buns. Miss the old C Salt. Will not be returning.
Air conditioning was set to high and it was cool to cold. People had to regularly wipe down the duct work as it was dripping on people sitting beneath. Our server was excellent. On hand when needed without being intrusive.

Once again, great food and service. Martinis were expertly prepared. We shared the scallop ceviche and the hanger steak. Steak was ordered medium and was delivered perfectly and deliciously. Noise level was energetic and the service was very attentive.

Good, but not amazing. Food quality (taste, cook, and texture) we’re all top notch. Presentation left a lot to be desired. Wait staff was uncertain about some menu items (unable to describe dish) and the younger bus people were gruff and untrained. The day was suffocatingly hot and the indoor temperature matched (a/c didn’t keep up, plus having an exposed kitchen didn’t help). So while the food was very good, the extras didn’t match the menu prices.

Dined here for our 25th anniversary. Food was amazing. Tried scallop ceviche, miso striper and fisherman's catch. Great cocktail menu. Service was top notch. Also had the salted chocolate mousse so good!
