The place looked abandoned. Staff was rude. Art was dark creepy and weird.... Didn't need it with my bagel. This place is crap. I used to frequent this establishment 20 years ago it was way better than, I don't know maybe train your 30 year old staff.

This place is really gone downhill especially some of the staff that was working at 1:30 p.m. on September 22nd 2024, you had two women they were both extremely rude and unprofessional. There was another girl in a tie-dye she was kind. Also what's with the creepy sick therapy artwork that you guys are advertising all over your Cafe?! I'm all supportive of the arts but some stuff is meant to be behind closed doors, nobody wants to see your creepy weird nightmares while they're just getting their coffee. Other than the bagel which was also kind of subpar because of your crappy staff, this is a pretty horrible experience and I will be frequenting instead more pleasant coffee shops such as coffee obsession and pie in the sky.

Best breakfast sandwiches in all of Falmouth. Fantastic cream cheese options always huge portions and everything is incredibly fresh. The staff is mostly college students and high school kids in the summer so make sure to leave a nice generous tip because they are working hard.

Love you guys! Only feedback is since change in owners the hot jalapeno spread isn't as spicy. It used to look orange and riddled with spice flecks. If you can amp up your hot jalapeno, or even create an extra hot that would be great! I feel it pales in comparison to what it used to be. You do have a mild, which is great for those who prefer mild, but the hot is lacking a bit.

These bagels are the best in town and Katherine is so friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to give recs! They have so many different options to choose from, which is great if you don’t always want a bagel with cream cheese, but those are of course great too. I come here all the time and am always excited to come back.

Great varieties of the BEST bagels and cream cheese. The bagels are soo fresh and are usually still warm when you get them . . The cream cheeses are rich and flavorful. Yum ?
It’s terrible to have to drive back 15 minutes because the order we picked up was missing the cream cheese and the bagel shop is too busy to answer their phones, so you can’t even talk to anyone and request a resolution.

Vegetarian options: We usually just get bagels (they’re fabulous). They have just egg on the menu but I don’t know if they regularly actually have it. There is not much else to make a vegan sandwich, so I recommend getting vegan spreads elsewhere and making your own. But definitely visit for their bagels!
