Maggie and Ella are absolute gems! I recently called the Chappaquiddick Grill from Florida with a special request—my brother was dining there for his birthday, and I wanted to surprise him by picking up the bill for him and his wife. I wasn’t sure how to make it work from so far away, but Maggie went above and beyond to help me pull it off. She stopped what she was doing to come to the phone, took the time to get a detailed description of my brother and his wife, and even texted me when they arrived to make sure it was them. Thanks to her thoughtful coordination, I was able to give my credit card info over the phone and make the surprise happen seamlessly. The staff at the Chappaquiddick Grill continues to exceed expectations. My family has made so many special memories there over the years—it’s truly a tradition for us, and we’ve never had a bad meal. Though I now live in Florida and can't visit as often, it makes me so happy to know my family still gets to enjoy the warmth and excellence of this incredible restaurant. Thank you again, Maggie, Ella, and the whole team, for making this birthday one to remember from my amazing brother, who I love so much!!

We were a large party. Calamari and artichoke starters were nicely cooked but salty. Tuna tartare was excellent, Korean shrimp were very good. Mushroom ravioli were unremarkable. Bustling place on Friday night, we waited even though we had a reservation.

Best hanger steak - the sauce was amazing. The green beans were perfectly cooked. Our server was a doll and right on top of things. This is definitely a local favourite for a reason. A slightly "older" vibe off season, felt like mostly retirees,and the place was packed at 5pm when they opened. We had a great dinner and we'll definitely be back.

We definitely almost did not come here. My husband called to find out wait time and the lady on the phone had a really bad attitude. I was ready to not go there but my husband remained optimistic. So we go. We had previously given our name on the phone to be put on the wait list and when we got there the lady recognized the name and apologized for being curt on the phone. So kudos for her self awareness.
The food was good. I liked how they offered half portions of pasta for those who could not finish a full size portion. Our server was very nice and accommodating when we asked questions.
I have never experienced a restaurant dictating what you can order. My husband ordered a burger. Asked if his onions could be grilled. Waitress simply said no. Ok, so he said no onions then. He was then told if he declined onions, he couldn’t get the lettuce and tomato either! What??? Chef says all or nothing. That’s it. You can’t refrain from putting the onions on the plate? We didn’t even get an “I’ll check for you… “ simply no. Service was not up to our standard. Asked for water which finally came at the end of the meal.. definitely not going back!

A very good place to eat in Falmouth. For years it had been the go to restaurant in West Falmouth. I give it 4s rather than 5s on food and atmosphere. While the food is good the selection is not very deep and the prices are on the high end. The atmosphere has always been cozy but the noise level can inhibit conversation, particilarly on the often busy summer evenings.

Best burger I have ever had. I’m almost 50 and have eaten a lot of. Burgers in my life. They grind and mix their own meat. Smoked Gouda house made aeoli and the perfect bun. Also a bread pudding fan and again best I’ve ever had. Best meal I have had in a long time. Great server and great atmosphere. I live three hours away but will be back
