Never in my life have I been treated as badly as I was there. I'll never go back to that place. They treated me so badly that I had to throw my drink in the trash. I left super angry. I recommend the owner completely replace the staff. And only because I told him if he could put a little more ice in my drink, just for that!!! 😡😡😡😡

Karen was working the counter and was an amazing employee. She was very kind and thoughtful and really made me feel special and appreciated. She made my coffee excellent and was very efficient. There was only two people working but she did amazing with the other girl Vee with her. I will definitely be making this dunkin my regular one!

I went in today to pick up my online order, and there was only one girl working. Bless her heart. I was missing a drink from my order, and she made it in less than 30 seconds. It's the best butter pecan coffee I've ever had from Dunkin.

One of the worst Dunkin in the cape. Service is extremely slow, employees are moody and from the several times I've been there they don't have what's on the menu, pretty much a 50/50 chance they won't have what you ask. I work close by and I rather wake up earlier and drive an extra 10mins to the other Dunkin next to Cumberland than stop for this one that's on my way to work. Definitely not coming here again.
