Karen was working the counter and was an amazing employee. She was very kind and thoughtful and really made me feel special and appreciated. She made my coffee excellent and was very efficient. There was only two people working but she did amazing with the other girl Vee with her. I will definitely be making this dunkin my regular one!

I went in today to pick up my online order, and there was only one girl working. Bless her heart. I was missing a drink from my order, and she made it in less than 30 seconds. It's the best butter pecan coffee I've ever had from Dunkin.

I've received the wrong coffee twice and I've thrown them out the window. I order a large one cream. First I got a large, expressing, 8 sugars 4 creams. How can they do that.

One of the worst Dunkin in the cape. Service is extremely slow, employees are moody and from the several times I've been there they don't have what's on the menu, pretty much a 50/50 chance they won't have what you ask. I work close by and I rather wake up earlier and drive an extra 10mins to the other Dunkin next to Cumberland than stop for this one that's on my way to work. Definitely not coming here again.

Horrible service, rude employees, never have caramel. Don’t even have gloves to make food. Worst dunkins I have EVER been to by far. Might as well close it they never have anything to sell anyone. On top of it all the woman you have working there are RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rude People, Slow service, not sure if they are all there in the head, don’t go here. Place is in dire shape of new management. Unprofessional, inappropriate. Corporate should know about this site. Go to another dunkin. You just may have a pleasant experience somewhere else.

Personalizing racial and cultural issues, showing and describing each tattoo on their bodies.Which freak was the manager? Probably the one who told me not to come back when I responded " I'm not interested " to her loud statement that she wasn't prejudiced.

There were 15+ people in line and the 2 cashiers were talking with a customer for 5+ minutes , the girl actually sneezed while making a coffee and didn’t wash her hands. After I got my order the girlWho made it mumbled something that probably wasn’t very nice. Poor service. Don’t go here.
