The last THREE times I ordered online for DoorDash they forgot my straw. When I tried to call and rectify this situation nobody answer the phone. THIS IS THE WORST Dunkin in Falmouth better save your time and GO TO THE ONE IN GARETTS.

Several visits in just as many days to the Plymouth location on state Rd. We truly have been running on Dunkin while on our vacation. The staff at this location is great! Friendly, thorough, professional. Place is clean even though they always seem to be busy. They also have a drive thru.

There was not toiled paper in bathroom. Told the Dunkin' Employee’s they said they would take care of it. “Not a problem”. When I went back and hour later they never did anything. It’s Massachusetts Law for a restaurant to supply a bathroom, what about toilet paper? 🧻
