The service here is awful. Employees are rude, slow and combative. I placed an order for a coffee and bagel sandwich, standing and waiting for my sandwich, they said I already got it and was trying to get free food from them. I just walked out. Avoid this location.

Girls at Dunkin’ Donuts are great but to cut a man’s artery by having no espresso machine for three days I had to go to another Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m very disappointed.

Terrible experience here this AM. As a business owner, I hate to leave bad reviews but there is zero info on how to email the owner so this is the only forum available. As someone who has dietary restrictions, I typically order a croissant toasted with a sausage patty added. Today that I was told that I needed to be charged for a sausage egg and cheese, which is double the price that I pay every day at other locations because They were directed to do so by their loss prevention department. The extra $2.50 is not going to change my quality of life but the overall principal just does not sit well with me.

I ordered a sandwich on my mobile app when I pulled up to the location and went through drive thru I told her about my order twice and she couldn’t hear me until the second time, meanwhile she had her mic on after she finally heard me. I over heard saying something disrespectful towards me as I pulled away. When I got to the window she handed my bag and when I drove off I received my sandwich like that. It was like they intentionally wanted to serve me that. Over all I had a bad experience with my food and customer service.
