Gelfie’s is an outstanding candy & ice cream store in Falmouth Center, Massachusetts. Located right on Main Street the variety of selections on the candies and ice cream is equally as excellent as the quality. Service is EXCELLENT, HS & College kids trying to earn tuition & they work hard for you with a smile too.

Ordered vegan ice cream at the Mashpee location. It was rancid. Came back and let the stuff know - talked to the older woman - she just stared at me. Did not offer anything else instead to make that right. When I asked to get my money back she kept staring and refused! Awful customer service. It was my first time there. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back.

We were in Falmouth for the July 4th celebrations and stopped in at Ghelfi’s. The atmosphere was bright and colourful. There was a huge selection of chocolate, candy and ice cream. It was a lot of fun perusing all the options before making our selections. It made me feel like a kid again. The service was great - the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were serviced by Talya who was attentive and patient as we questioned her on the various flavours of ice cream. Ghelfis is a “have-to” stop when you are in downtown Falmouth. I highly recommend it.

We took the family in for ice cream last night, and Cassie (behind the counter) was so warm and welcoming. She greeted our kids with smiles and high fives, and the ice cream was delicious! Highly recommend the peanut butter cookie dough flavor :).

Stopped in while walking around town. Staff was very friendly, and they were ready to help. I love homemade ice cream and, of course, waffle cone. This place so far has my vote on the best waffle cone so far on that I have tried in the area. I enjoyed a delicious coconut ice cream. Omg it's so delicious. I didn't buy any other treats, but the chocolates and fudge look delicious. I will definitely be back.

If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. My husband and I have been coming here for years in our beautiful little town of Falmouth. Before we went on our Boston Valentine's Day Trip we stopped off at Ghelfi's and I picked out all my favorite chocolates and truffles. They were amazing as always and hands down the best chocolates around! However I noticed a few chocolates were not the ones I ordered but ones that were very similar. They both look exactly the same but a few were raspberry chips instead of peppermint chips. I called them up and told them. They exceeded expectations and were so gracious and generous. Goodness this is what you call customer service. You can tell they really value their customers and that's why we are life long customers. We travel all around the world and my husband and I agree , Ghelfi's has the best chocolate and best customer service. Don't give anywhere else a thought. Go to Ghelfi's Forever!Beckey and Charlie
