First time at Jim's Clam Shack did not disappoint! Stopped for dinner before our cruise on the Liberte. Jim was just opening up and we had the BEST clams on the rooftop deck! Great place. Thanks Jim.

Went there late sat afternoon order the xl scallops for $43.00. The girl that took the order said oh you get alot as you should for over $40.00 now this is just scallops no fries nothing. Well let me tell you it came in a container the size of a McDonald's quarter pounder box we opened it 12 small scallops what a disgrace. I would have driven back but we went to the beach to enjoy them what a disappointment. Outrages price for what was received. Also I live in falmouth I don't go to these places til after tourist season is over but I will not return. Skip this place .

Very disappointed. The server taking my order was pleasant and the food is mid. The vibe of the place looks like it’s going to be a cool hole in the wall spot with an amazing view of the ocean outside and inside. When I went to go enjoy my meal outside at a bench outside the establishment one of the employees had no regard I was there trying to enjoy my meal, started spraying and washing mats. Literally 4 -3 feet in-front me as have food out. With the wind gust and the water washing so close to me I got sprayed on and left and will not come back.

Scallop roll with Fries were delicious but portions were quite small. I expect the cost since it's Cape Cod but the portions were not acceptable imo

Stopped in last week and it definitely didn’t disappoint. This is one of those hometown places that’s just a great relaxed place to eat. Prices were what I’d expect in the area. Great views of the water with outdoor seating. Food was delicious.
Food was great! Staff were very pleasant. Ater you pick up your food, you can eat inside, outside on the dock or the upper deck with a great view of the harbor.

We saw 4.6 stars so we give it a try. We ordered clam-chowder and fried clam. The chowder tested sour and the fried clam was very creasy and soggy. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Not recommend

This place is awesome! My husband and I got the whole belly clams and fish and chips to share. It was some of the best seafood we've ever had. Everything was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. The woman behind the counter (didn't get her name) was very friendly and helpful. While we were waiting for our order, Jim recommended we go up to the balcony and watch the sunset, which we did and it was lovely. When we thanked him before we left, he gave us some advice on things to do in the area since we are from our of town. A really great local place. Highly recommend!
