I've never had an issue with this place, I've only gotten delivery and it'll say arrival time 30sum minutes and the arrive in 15. very good delivery

You know what to expect from a franchise. It's good. Jeff is the man. He does deliveries and I am not sure what else, but he's a good man and cares about the service provided from Papa Ginos!

Some of the worst, slowest service I’ve ever seen. They must be understaffed because I was on hold for 15 minutes before finally giving up. Will never order from here again. Do yourselves a favor and order from someplace with actual professionals.

The food is pretty good but when I went there the service was fair and the atmosphere was fair tooParking: There are plenty of spots and and u usually don't have to worry about getting a parking spot at all
Great place BUT Their cheesy bread is amazing. I could be having the worst day and Papa Ginos cheesy bread would swoop in and make everything better.

We waited 2 hours for delivery for them to say we dont deliver and to pick it up! We are visiting and this was a bad start. As if being told to pick up our delivery was not odd; the food was not good! What a waste of time and money~ Why is NO STARS not an option!

Ordered slices on the app indicated that it would be ready at 605. I arrived at 610 and it was told it's just coming out. I watched as the person continued to box pizza after pizza while my order was never attended to. I asked the girl where is my order? And she replies what did u order when my slip was right by the empty box. Then she throws to already cooked slices into the pizza oven and walks away. An older blonde woman tosses my empty box aside.. saying what is this? This woman contains to box pizzas as I continue to wait. NOT ONE PERSON asks me what I'm waiting on! I finally say to the rude blonde woman, can I get my slices? She boxes them up and gives them to me with no apology or anything! By the time I get them, it has now been another 20 minutes past the time they should have been ready. If I hadn't said anything, I would still be waiting. The slices were now burnt and overcooked. Worst customer service!!!

We ordered pizza online on July 4th night after the fireworks were postponed. There were probably 50+ ppl sitting, 10 waiting in line, and a parking lot full of ppl waiting in their cars. The staff handled it very well. It took a little longer, so I went home and my wife went back to pick the pizza up. They were calm for how busy it was. I work in food service myself, so I know when a team is stepping up. They did. The girl on register with a black shirt on (manager) was handling the crowd like a pro. Much respect to the crew.
