Craved a hearty meal after driving a few hours and checking into our bed and breakfast. We are so glad we chose Quaterdeck. I had the salmon burger and sweet potatoe fries (the burger was charred and DIVINE) and my husband had the pickle brine chicken sandwich (also DIVINE) with French fries. Both were made with love and very much enjoyed on our room balcony. Great value for the price. Do yourself a favor and try it :)
We had a great dinner with a nice selection of oysters on the half shell, stuffed quahog and one bacon cheeseburger! Everything was excellent. The service was friendly and pretty quick for a busy Monday evening!
The seafood was very good. We ordered broiled schrod and the salmon special. The service was slow maybe because it was a Friday but in October. Got served 1 hour after arriving and waiting for seating, liked our table at the back where we heard the live music (good) but not too loudly. Waiter was just okay, he was a bit abrupt. When I asked if I could get the cod sandwich grilled, he took a long time to get back to us and then it was one word--no. No sorry or explanation as is...
