Exceptional food. Fresh, cooked in plain sight and the owner chef is a joy to speak with. A hidden gem comparable with a fusion restaurant in any big city.

Hands down best food I have had on the cape!
A true hidden gem in Falmouth! This family-friendly restaurant serves absolutely delicious food. Chef Tommy Pontolilo’s talent and experience really shine through every dish. I was surprised to see chicken tikka and vegetable fried rice on the menu and decided to try them—wow. The flavors were unbelievable.
I also ordered my go-to pizza, a Margherita, after hearing that the owners are Italian culinary experts. It turned out to be one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the tomatoes to the basil and the sauce.
Listening to the tables around me, I heard the same reactions—everyone loved their meals. This place is a must-visit if you’re in Falmouth, Massachusetts.

This place is absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!! My mom & I decided to give this place a try after reading some good reviews online. We are so glad that we did! Upon sitting down, we were immediately welcomed by the Chef/Owner, Tommy. Throughout our dining experience, Tommy & his staff went above and beyond to be authentically hospitable to the fullest degree. We tried various dishes to include the Grilled Focaccia, Tuna Crudo, Thai Mussels, Chicken Tikka & Maple Crème Brûlée. Every single dish was packed with flavor & all were mouth watering, leaving you wanting to savor every last bite. Tommy is truly a talented Chef & an even better person that carries himself with a high level of grace. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable & you can tell that they love what they do. I cannot possibly recommend this place enough. It is a true gem!!

A Stellar Dining Experience at Romeo’s in Falmouth
After a long day of Black Friday shopping, we decided to unwind with an early dinner at Romeo’s in Falmouth - and what an unexpected gem it turned out to be. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance of warm, elegant, and inviting. An attentive and gracious host greeted us, and the bartender was equally welcoming and engaging, instantly setting the tone for what became a memorable evening.
One of the highlights of the night was the extraordinary attention to dietary needs. The chef, Tommy Pontililo, personally came out to speak with me about my gluten-free requests - a level of care and professionalism that is rare and deeply appreciated in today’s dining world. His visit was not perfunctory; it was thoughtful and genuine, ensuring that my meal would be prepared safely and exactly to my liking.
And the food? Absolutely exquisite. Each dish felt like a piece of art - generous, family-style servings crafted with intention and bold flavor. I ordered the signature fried rice, made completely gluten-free and customized perfectly to my requests. Every bite was rich, savory, and beautifully executed. The chicken wings were another standout, delivering just the right amount of kicks without overpowering the palate. It reminded me of a level of culinary artistry and comfort that I did not realize I had been missing.
Sitting at the bar provided an experience all its own. From there, you can enjoy the warmth and mesmerizing glow of the pizza oven, along with the lively bustle and incredible aromas drifting from the open kitchen. It creates a cozy, energetic backdrop that enhances the dining experience without ever feeling overwhelmed.
Romeo’s is the type of place that lingers with you - not just because of the food, but because of the genuine hospitality and the passion behind every plate. It was absolutely worth the one-hour drive, and I will happily make that drive again. If you are looking for delicious gluten-free options, warm service, and unforgettable dishes that bring back the magic of true family-style dining, Romeo’s is a must-visit.

A wonderful time was enjoyed by both my wife and I at this special establishment. Our server Janelle was engaging and so much fun to chat with. It is clear that much thought went into creating a menu that makes the diner want to try everything offered. The medium sized plates were made for sharing and that we did. The steak, chicken, mac and cheese, as well as the ribs were delectable. I woke up today wanting more. Unfortunately, I will have to wait as they open at 5pm.
Be sure to stop by this gem!

Chef Tommy is so creative.
His latest version of the Tuna Crudo is phenomenal.
He also sources his vegetables in Falmouth whenever possible.
The socially sharing portions work so well.
Stop in and give Romeo's a try, you won't be sorry.

We had a fantastic dinner at Romeo's! Every part of the experience was thoughtful and well-executed. Joe, our server, was phenomenal - recommending the right dishes to complete the meal and compliment the wine. We enjoyed meeting the owner and chef, who was humble and kind, despite being the best chef in the area, from what we were told at another restaurant (and was apparent in the food and experience). The staff had a positive attitude and seemed to enjoy their work and appreciate their team. The food was absolutely amazing. Our favorites were the autumn salad, thai beef, and the freshly baked apple pie a la mode. Every bite was amazing. I'm grateful for the opportunity to experience a restaurant like Romeo's. I can't wait to come back.

The food I ate here was delicious!! All the small plates add up to $$$, but man it was just so good. They were accommodating to one of us who was celiac, which is always appreciated! Top-tier food.

What a gem! The food was fresh, creative yet so tasty. In other words not boring but not strange. Every bite was a wonderful experience. The menu changes seasonally so we enjoyed the Fall menu. The plates are perfect for sharing. Every item is carefully designed. We had both breads, butternut squash salad, ribs, mac & cheese, veggie rice and Thai beef. Oh and the skillet cookie and ice cream for dessert. Each item is familiar but top notch. The staff is so warm, welcoming and professional. We will definitely be returning on a regular basis and bringing friends.

I gotta tell you, my wife saw the reviews of this restaurant and was very interested in trying it. So, I obliged with dad-in-law and daughter in tow to our reservation. Right from the start, the bullshit starts: 1) “we know the boats that pass by my house on Surf drive so we buy the fresh tuna from them only”, 2) if it’s not locally grown to the. community , we don’t serve it - Q: “where’d the rice come from… rice paddy in Chatham only you have access to?”, 3) everything here is homemade daily?, 4) a frigg’n story with everything you ordered … painful to listen to…. the food: EHHHHHhhhh, it’s OK, but NOT worth the absolutely RIDICULOUS prices charged… $9.00 for a small bottle of Saratoga still water? $24.00 for 4 biscuits… biscuits? $13.00 for 3 slices of bread… bread. WE TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT CHECKING FOOD COSTS. However, what you get for this absurd costs is average food at best and certainly NOT worth the stories or cost. We’ve been to the best restaurants in Newport, North End and Federal Hill along with hundreds of others in many states and spent as much and more and were delighted to pay the check. Forgotten drink, anemic serving sizes, average tastes, mussels missing the meat, burnt cookie dessert and foolish stories about the food sourcing. NEVER AGAIN unless they cut costs in half. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING SPECIAL HERE FOR RIDICULOUS MONEY. Better restaurants around…
