I used to avoid this store at all costs due to the rudeness of the employees. But with new management I have started to enjoy going to this location. Staff are now more friendly and less rude.
I stop at this Starbucks almost every morning and the experience is always great. The baristas are super friendly and somehow remember my drink even when it’s packed. The store has a really comfy vibe, and my drinks come out great every time! It’s honestly the highlight of my morning routine.
I’m never usually in the Falmouth area, but I’m so glad I was today! This Starbucks has been one of the best experiences I’ve had at any location. The customer service was on point, my order was made quickly and accurately, and the store itself was super clean.
