I've been to this establishment probably close to 15-20 times over past 2 years. I dread going there and the ONLY reason I keep going back is because it's delicious! Staff members, however, have a lot to learn as it relates to customer service! Almost without fail, I leave there feeling that THEY feel like they did ME a favor instead of being thankful for my business. There is a stencil on the wall that states "Good Vibes Only" but they do NOT deliver on this front. I never ever post reviews, good nor bad, but the last time I went there and again felt dismissed and unappreciated, like they could not care any less about my patronage, I decided to write this one. What do I hope to gain? I would hope that the proprietor would school his staff on how to create an environment of inclusion and acceptance of all ages, ethnicities, socioeconomic levels. I am unsure if they are unhappy, bored, ageist, think they are "better than" their customers or if it's something else that I can't put my finger on. While they are not RUDE, per se, they are at the same time not kind, pleasant or welcoming. Let's get it straight: a $10 juice or $12 smoothie is quite expensive for most, so it would go a long way if the cashier or person giving me my order had a warm smile or kind "heartfelt" word for me as I pick it up.

I went there for the first time today and I wish I had started going a lot sooner! Their menu item names are super cute. I got a small island vibes smoothie and it was delicious. It wasn’t made with any dairy which I really appreciated instead it was made with coconut water. It was super delicious and not overly sweet or heavy on my stomach, it was nice and freshening. Will definitely be going back and trying my way through their menu!

Really enjoy the food here and staff is very nice, but word to the owner can you please fix your online pick up system! I’m ordering in advance to avoid lines. But yet I have to stand in a long line just to tell them I’m here to pick up an order. 3 people all waiting for orders felt the same pain. The food gets all melty and gross. Not ideal.
