Our wedding had to be postponed for a year due to COVID and she stuck with us for the whole year until our new date. She crafted an absolutely gorgeous chocolate raspberry truffle cake using fresh flowers as decoration and it was incredible. It was one of the most delicious cakes I have ever tried. Our guests and venue coordinator were all raving about how lovely and scrumptious it was. I would order again from The Scratch Cake in a heartbeat and was so pleased with how the cake came out.

We asked Tammy Feldott to create and deliver our cake to Ryan Family Amusements for our fun USA-geography-themed wedding reception. It is scary not seeing your cake before you are officially married and arrive at the reception venue, but in this case, it turned out to be such a delight! We ordered red velvet cake for one layer and vanilla for the lower layer, and Glenn and I chose New Mexico (his home state) to eat during the cake-cutting ceremony. We let the maid of honor and best man eat New England. The rest of the cake was devoured by our 40-some guests, and we received several compliments on the cake. Thank you, Tammy, for helping make our big day perfect!

Tammy is a must have! Her bakery is a must if you are desiring a one-of-a-kind cake 🎂! I had the privilege of working with her when asked to create a Komodo cake for my sons 10th birthday! When I picked it up, it was something out of a Nat Geo bakery! A perfect replica of a Komodo and solely was executed from her creative juices. We marveled at it for days before we ate it. A month later we are still talking about how not only captivating it was but decadent as well.
