My daughter and I were looking for a place to eat for lunch and ended up here. They have a pretty decent lunch special- Ramen and a bao for $16. While the spicy chicken is not super spicy it is very good! The chicken stayed crispy in the broth and they even removed the mushrooms for me. I would definitely come here again.
Something to note is that during times that are busier it may be difficult to find parking.

They never have their best selling item available (Japanese chicken)and apparently they will only give you their rice, kimchi or sauce with the $16 “chicken meal” on DoorDash if the mood hits them.

Disappointing Ramen and Overpriced Menu
If you’re thinking about trying Tiger Ramen, I’d say save your appetite—and your wallet—for somewhere else. Honestly, the ramen was about the worst I’ve ever had: fatty, bland, and completely forgettable. For the price they charge ($22+ a bowl), I expected a flavor experience—something bold, something delicious… or at least something edible. Instead, I got a bowl of noodles that tasted like nothing, with texture worse than what you get from a store-bought ramen packet.
There are so many wonderful ramen places (mostly in and around Boston), so it’s a shame that Falmouth couldn’t get in on that magic.
The appetizers were a slight improvement—like going from bad to “okay, fine”—but still nowhere near worth the price. By the end of the meal, I wasn’t just disappointed; I was Googling “best places for ramen after you’ve already eaten dinner.”
All in all, Tiger Ramen was a miss. Definitely not worth the hype, the money, or the emotional journey.

Lovely little restaurant with very friendly service. As for the ramen, it is far from authentic. It’s fine if you if you are craving a general noodle soup but it is not going to cut it if you are looking for a legit bowl of ramen (as we were).

I paid over $60 for a kids ramen (legit basic chicken broth, noodles, 1-2 slices of unseasoned chicken) and 2 adult ramens which both had 2-3 very small slices of meat (about 2 inches in size) plus the broth, noodles and whatever they came with which was minuscule. It’s over priced and mediocre. To be fair most places on cape are as it’s all tourist bases but I heard rave reviews about this place. $22 for broth, noodles, 2 slices of chicken thigh barely seasoned and barely any veggies? Like that is insane. I get its cape prices, I’m a local but I will not be returning. I have had phenomenal ramen for half the cost with double the size and flavor off cape. Something needs to change on cape with these restaurants thinking they can over charge and under deliver.

Taste like made by some who is really good at cooking but never had ramen before, so trying to make ramen based on photos and imagination.

Decided to stop in on a whim and must say I loved it. The service was efficient and professional, my server was attentive and quick to answer any questions but did not hover whilst I debated my order. I ended up ordering a milk tea (no added flavors) with no boba and the salmon rice bowl. The milk tea was pleasant, it didn't taste like tea flavored milk as most do but tasted like tea steeped in milk, really bringing out that bold tea flavor with the added sweetness of milk. The salmon rice bowl was a variety of flavors but was pleasantly brought together by the sweet chili sauce. The salmon itself was savory and flaked easily when prodded yet was delightfully cripsy on the top. The white rice soaked up the sweet chili sauce but also had a touch of it's own seasoning to it beforehand. The shittake was a bit sparce compared to the portion of the other sides but overall the meal was not only tasty but filling.

Restaurantji Recommends
This is one of the best Ramen places I have eaten at. Creative dishes. Our server Lily was so outstanding. We arrived 1/2 hour before closing (9pm) and she was so positive and energetic. I wasn impressed with this and her knowledge of the menu and her recommendations.
We lucked out because on Thursdays they affee a special combo of an app, a main dish and a desert for $25. The cucumber Salad was outstanding. tasted like a spicey pickle with almonds.
I ordered the parking Ramen, and my friend ordered chicken. the presentation and the flavor blends were quite good. The only suggestion foe improvement is upgrade the quality of the noodles to somthing a little richer to matcj the quality of all thenother ingredients. The overall quality of food was good.
Ice cream was served in a cup, like a to go cup, not prepared fresh. it was good. Not great.
They have non alcoholic specialty drinks that were outstanding. Apple puree with a ginger ale was excellent. Mango Giner spritz was also quite good.
I also ordered the Japanese spiced fries to try. all i can say is , wow!
I will return and try a rice bowl soon. Does not rise to 5 stars even for the genre, but it is very good food.
Parking difficult. Street parking, and a small lot nearby for another store.

Being gluten free, I have never been able to order Ramen out…until tonight. Tiger Ramen offers gluten free noodles, as well as only using gluten free soy sauce, making it available to those who are gluten free. I also was able to get their fried chicken appetizer. Everything was delicious. The staff and service were knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. If you are looking for Ramen, gluten free or not, I would recommend Tiger Ramen.

I came here with my daughter, nephew, and senior parents around 8pm on a Tuesday night. I hate writing restaurant reviews based on service alone, since that doesn’t reflect the chef or the food, but unfortunately our experience was overshadowed by one extremely unfriendly waitress and the lack of indoor seating available.
The waitress didn’t ask my mother if she wanted another hot tea (even though hers was empty and she was cold because we were seated outside), only refilled our waters once as if to check if we were finished and give us the check, and seemed annoyed that we walked in without a reservation. She acted bothered while we ordered, never checked in to see how our food was, and didn’t ask if we needed anything else throughout the entire meal.
We were also told it would be a 30-minute wait for a table inside, so we agreed to sit outside. However, I noticed a table open up inside about 15 minutes later that was never offered to us. Overall, the waitress seemed upset with us the entire time for no clear reason, and it completely ruined what should have been a nice family dinner.
When I asked for my nephew’s and daughter’s meals to be packed up, she either only packed one or combined them into the same container and handed us that instead. When they wanted their leftovers later and I opened the bag and realized this-it was a disappointment for them both.
Sadly, because of this, I would not choose to eat here again. Other than the service and atmosphere, the ramen was alright.

We all as a family of 8 ordered ramen and as people that tried good ramen, this was not good, it was all bland, the broth had almost no flavor, and all of us did not like it

I think the staff there think they are all that because they look good however looks are not important to ones they frowned over a low tip I'm not tipping because of a person's looks and I think they think that I tip according to the way the waitress or waiter Acts and the service they provide poor service small tip and I don't go by 10% or 20%. I'll give a 20 dollar tip for a 20 dollar order before I give a 20 dollar tip for a 100 dollar order depending on the way I'm served and the attention I get by looking for them if I have to wait with them knowing I need my soda refilled and I'm ignored for 5 minutes then the tip is DECLINING FROM A GOOD AMOUNT TO POSSIBLY NOTHING AT ALL ESPECIALLY IF THEY THINK THEY ARE ENTITLED TO GET A TIP AND THAT IS THE FEELING I GOT FROM THEM
