Just found my new go-to sushi/Asian food place in town. I’ve been very disappointed with some of the other places, especially the one in Feeding Hills center that posts one price online and then actually charges way more (not to mention the fact that their food is so bland it kept making me think I got COVID and lost my sense of taste) but Cocochi has the best local Chinese food I’ve tasted since Debbie Wong in W.S. went out of business. The staff is super nice and the prices are amazing, too! Delicious sushi for less than they charge for the pre-made stuff in supermarkets. If you haven’t tried them out, do yourself a favor. Just be warned that, due to their popularity, sometimes it can be a bit of a wait but it’s 100% worth it. (BTW, be sure to check out the 1-star review by “Eric” where he mentions that menus should be translated for “the white people in Agawam” and then goes on to comically misemploy the English language with every single grammatical and spelling choice he makes, hahaha. Special folks like Eric are the only reason this place doesn’t have a 5.0)

I have gotten their shrimp bento box twice now, and it is a great amount of food fir the price. And the veggies it comes with are phenomenal. I also added spare ribs and dumplings, and both were delicious.

I ordered food and in the menu it did not say the item I bought had mushrooms and a lot of people are allergic to mushrooms so I would never have purchased it. If I knew mushrooms are in it. It was a soup that only contained mushrooms. Obviously, I don’t go out to eat, but you would think that they would convert whatever languages to English so that us white people that live in agawam would know the difference. Not only that they won’t refund me so that I can buy food tonight and that was the money I spent on them so I’m going to start tonight before I go to work tomorrow. I am thoroughly aggravated. This is absolutely ridiculous. They should pay me cashback so I can eat tonight. This makes me very upset. I am very hungry and I asked for them to do something. I even brought their food back and they chased me back to my house and their white van. I am beyond ridiculously upset. I want my money back and they won’t give it to me. This place is absolute crap. I couldn’t even even eat the food. That’s why I brought it back. Down the street four dollars for 28secod drive. I love the food every time I got it until this time where I feel completely stabbed Absolutely ridiculous and now I don’t have money for food and I gave them their food back because it was so gross. I couldn’t eat it. I am thoroughly upset on top of the fact that they chased me back to my apartment. I have the plate number. This is ridiculous. I’m not gonna play stupid games because I paid money for something I really wanted and you took advantage of me for absolutely no reason. My honest and truthful review on the food is it was disgusting and I couldn’t eat it and I had to give all that back. I wrapped it in a trash bag and threw it on the counter probably not the nicest way, but I wasn’t too aggressive and they chased me back to my house with their van, I recognize they have delivered multiple times Maybe you’ll figure out how food delivery works But your company is not doing a good job and I find it hurtful Eric

Ordered my food 2 hours ago and it still isn't ready. Two people came in, ordered, and they left before me. I'm sitting here still looking like a fool. Don't go here. Even if you order your food ahead of time, it won't be ready. Even if you triple the wait time. And the guy who got his food before me, got an extra appetizer for waiting all of 12 minutes. What did I get for over two hours of wait time? Cold food and an empty fortune cookie bag. F this place.

In a word, Shanghai,
By chance we received a gift certificate, from impressions, all cooking takes place without ventilation, everything in the small room smelled of fried oil, including our clothes, I appreciate the work of the staff, but it’s not realistic to eat food there, the feeling of disgust is off the charts, the tables are sticky, the dishes and the cutlery is greasy. If someone has to go there, take the food to go, the sushi, in principle, is not bad, a little dry. I don’t wish anything bad for them, but to do ventilation and change the cleaner, definitely necessary)

Bad service and the kitchen doesn't look very clean. I saw that they cook and grab the food without gloves and without washing their hands beforehand... I don't recommend it.

The food is usually always very good , the service is pleasant. Unfortunately this time the food wasn’t very fresh, old brown ginger and crusty hard wasabi with my sushi. The sushi itself was hard it seemed as it was made a day before. Maybe it was just an off day, I will try again another time .
