Family dinner party at the downstairs Avellino was a lovely event. Food was delicious. Maggie provided excellent service. Staff was very helpful in planning for a private room.

We had hoped to go to the Cedar Street Grille, as we had done last year, but we couldn't get in at the time we wanted, so we decided to try out The Duck. It was a bit noisy - after all the upstairs dining room is like being in a barn - but the staff was very friendly and efficient, and the dishes were presented very well. The duck - the dish - was quite tasty (although the rice didn't add much), and I was a little disappointed that the 12oz NY Strip was a bit overdone (but this is not a steakhouse), but otherwise we were quite pleased with our dinners. And the "small" salad was much bigger and tastier than we had expected. One note - it was rather hard to find parking on a Saturday evening (around 6 pm).

We were there for an 8 o'clock reservation. Overall the food was good; however, one guest had a salad with chicken and the chicken was obviously reheated and dry and could not be consumed.

What right do you have to charge for a split plate? If we paid for it, we have every right to do with the food as we wish. As soon as I saw that on your menu, we left. I will not do business with a place that has such an utterly outlandish practice.

Had my now daughter in-laws bridal brunch here. They were very accommodating. Lovely atmosphere, good food and everyone loved it! Added a little paint party which was also a nice touch.

Youll want reservations! The filet was melt in your mouth delicious and the Flan was fabulous. Loved the pre dinner fresh bread and oil too. Yup. This was a winner.

My wife had the fillet, I had the seared salmon. We shared the potato soup and a salad with grapes and almonds. Food seemed good until our way home. My wife got sick and the next morning I had the same thing. Maybe the lettuce wasn't washed right or the plates not cleaned properly or one of the servers was sick... Still recovering. My wife used the ladies room. I was absolute mess with dead women's products left on the floor and NO HOT WATER. Makes you wonder if the kitchen has hot water to wash things....
