GIN!!!: I am a gin SNOB. I am VERY hard to please on gin - it has to be crafted, you need to know there's JUNIPER in there. it's essential to the flavor. it has to be smooth, well blended, but dear god, it's got to have juniper essence in there somewhere or it's glorified vodka.
I will NEVER buy another gin. period. PERFECT. 10 out of 10.

We went to Deep Roots Distillery in Brimfield for the first time and cannot wait to go back! The atmosphere, the wait staff all wonderful … the food!!! Amazing - fresh, and so so good!! We cannot wait to travel back from Connecticut to our new favorite restaurant.
The food is amazing! We attended an event at the Sturbridge location, a while back and loved it then. And we have now eaten at the Brimfield location twice the combination of flavors and the food is just amazing. It’s a great atmosphere and good prices. 10/10 recommend!

The menu created with Chef Adam Bott is tasty. Specialty cocktails like the Espresso Martini and Cherry Mule are made with their own alcohols. The added bonus of axe throwing makes it a unique and enjoyable experience. The owners are friendly, and the place showcases a true community spirit. Customers praise the delicious food, including the amazing Spicy Chicken and Waffles, and the use of local products. The May Prix Fixe menu was excellent, with delicious, generous, and well-presented appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Drinks and food were great, and the service was awesome. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting. Visitors have been dying to try their monthly prix fixe menu, and everything was delicious, fresh, and farm to table. The chef takes time to explain each course, and his passion clearly shows in his cooking.
