If zero stars were an option, I would select that. Much better service at any other fast food place including Panera or McDonald's or Quiznos. There were enough staff, but they were very busy on their phones and chatting with each other and leaving customers to fend for themselves. I watched several people walk in and wait at the counter and then walk out. I waited for food and a drink on the side where you can sit down and none of the staff walked around that side to check in on anybody. Again, understandable if staff is low compared to the demand, but staff were enjoying each other's company rather than serving customers.

We went on a Saturday morning for a quick breakfast sandwich and coffee. No one was in the place. Two girls working were nice- the highlight. Our food took over 30-min for a bagel sandwich, avocado toast, 1 coffee and pastry item. My husband left with his sandwich (wasn’t good / sloppy). I waited for the rest of the stale/ cold pastry item (we asked to be warmed) and avocado toast (practically deconstructed). Skip it - not worth time or money.

Today I was looking for a good breakfast place here at Patriot Place and I found it!!! Baristo Cafe Bar is amazing!!! Food is super delicious and staff is very nice!!! The breakfast bowl was very tasty and was exactly what I needed!!! Truly recommend this place!!!👍🏻👏🏻

We had such an amazing experience here! We dined here for a sweet 16 birthday party and everything was absolutely perfect. Maia and Garrett were outstanding. They were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I couldn’t recommend this place and this staff more!

Very friendly and quality service. The latte was more like coffee with almond milk. There was zero foam. But the staff did open the door for me as it was too heavy and I was able to sit and work for a bit.

A great option if you can’t get in to Tavolino next door. It’s the same menu and shared kitchen. Seating is casual. Less staff so service is slower but they are friendly. Drinks were okay. Mixed drinks were not well blended. A bit pricy, but hey you’re at Patriot Place. Spent $90 for 3 drinks, an appetizer and a salad.

Worst cappuccino I’ve ever had. Watery, bland and served in to go cups. Staff is super nice tho. But I don’t drink service.
Food was tasty but soggy..I got a chicken panini ans it was not a panini and barely had chicken in it. The truffle fries tasted good but again soggy. I would only come back for a tea or coffee or a pastry but not lunch.

I have never written a review before but this place was so bad. Me and my dad went to pick up some quick breakfast and coffee. No one else was in the restaurant except for another couple. It took almost 35 minutes for 2 bagels to come out and we had asked about our food multiple times . By the time we got the food we just got out of the restaurant and left. When we got home both of our orders were completely wrong and tasted horrible and stale. The place looked super cute and the lady who took our order was sweet, other than that a horrible experience.
