For dessert, I just placed an order for Oreo Polar Pizza for my two children, ages four and two. The ice cream dessert was a hit with everyone and went quickly. Will definitely give some of their many other varieties a try. Baskin, keep up the fantastic effort!

I arrived at this location to pick up an order for a DoorDash client. It was not ready when I arrived, which is in itself quite all right. They appeared to be extremely busy.The young man and another gentleman that assisted me were very pleasant and helpful. However, the woman who appeared to be in charge appear to be under a great deal of stress at the moment. I overheard her saying to the young man, who I think may have been new, That she wasn't concerned about doordash because of the other orders that were there.On one hand I can respect this, but on the other, I don't think she realized that I was standing there waiting for the order. I think it's important to be mentioned that even though they are "DoorDash", they are still a dunkin' donuts customer.It is my hope that this rating is received constructively and not simply as a criticism.?

I always come to this location for a sweet treat but this time there were two young kids working and the one named Steven was rude to his coworker and my self. Leaving his coworker to do my big order so he can socialize with girls that came into the store. The line got longer and while his coworker asked for help he refused and continued socializing. Today was not the best experience.

I ordered a reeses Sunday advertised as "REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup SundaeThree scoops of REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream topped with layers of REESE'S® peanut butter sauce, chopped REESE'S® peanut butter cups, and hot fudge." I received two scoops of ice cream with caramel sauce.

??Wow I never thought emojis would be so useful. Menu was wayy 2 small in the drive thru. HOW CAN I READ IT THE TINY WORDS?? I Need magnifying glass omg. They said they did not have bday cake icecream. I thought this was a baskin robbins.... 31 FLAVORS PPL.My ice cream (inside out apple pie) tasted like its been in the fridge for years. ?. I think they actually bday cake they were just too lazy to walk over and scoop it.coming back here again?? ?????????? no way.jamoca, more like jacaca. pls guys,

Customer service is poor. The staff is rude and seem put off when they have to provide any level of customer service. I wouldn’t get this business any stars but that’s not an option.
