My wife set a reservation for 6:30. We get there 10 mins early. The hostess says they are cleaning a table it’ll be a few. After checking in with the hostess a couple of times we finally get seated close to 7. It took almost 15 mins to put our drinks and app in. The app comes out before the drinks. We complain obviously. They comp the drinks. We put our entrees in. It took for-ever to get our entrees to the point even our waiter realized it wasn’t acceptable. He apologized multiple times. But, at that point it was too little too late. As we were leaving the manager apologized for the drinks being an issue, when in fact from beginning to end there was multiple issues. And on top of it all we had our little infant daughter with us and she got so fussy that we just had to get out of there.It pains me to say this because the food at Conrad’s is so so good. My wife and I have been dining there for years and never had a bad experience. That all changed tonight. I’d like to chalk it up to a bad night but after that I really don’t think we can go back again. It’s a rare instance when you have a superior product and it doesn’t matter because of horrible customer service and communication.

Brought my daughter for an easy weeknight dinner. We sat in a booth in the area to the left and it was great! The booth had a little TV at it that you can control which was cool though my kiddo was more occupied with the coloring sheet they gave. Our server was super friendly and helpful. Food came out quick and was delicious! I had the combo plate of steak tips and BBQ chicken with broccoli and potato salad. The steak tips were cooked perfectly and the chicken had great flavor! I also tried the strawberry rhubarb sangria and it was delicious! Overall a very pleasant evening!Kid-friendliness: The area they sat us was pretty kid friendly with tvs at each booth. Also, they gave a fun activity sheet and crayons that kept my kiddo occupied. They have a decent selection for a kids menu too! Not just tenders and mac and cheese. They've got kids fish and chips and steak tips, too, which older kiddos would probably enjoy!

Staff went above and beyond to make our experience great. The food was cooked perfectly. Two minor things with seasoning. Lemon pepper chicken was very salty, and there could have been more seasoning on the pizza.We got two combo plates with steak tips and chicken (one lemon pepper and one teriyaki). Teriyaki was amazing, and steak tips were perfectly cooked. We got sides of mashed potatoes and asparagus. Also ordered a pizza and fries . The fries were delicious crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy inside.Started with fried pickles and artichoke dip. Again, they were perfectly cooked, and the sauce was yummy with the pickles.Our serving staff (Linda) especially was right on top of things. I actually dropped some cash in the store and didn't realize it at first, but called later, and the staff found it and set it aside for me to go pick up.

I have lived in Foxboro for a decade. Never been to Conrads other than to have a quick drink at the bar. Went tonight sat at the bar for dinner. I ordered a wedge salad, which is the worst I’ve ever had in my life. It’s always my go to at other restaurants, tomatoes were sliced versus cubed, The iceberg was very white versus green, which speaks to its age, the blue cheese dressing was skimpy and had no blue cheese chunks. My husband‘s short rib sandwich was dry and he had to ask for more barbecue sauce to make it edible. I’m so disappointed as it is only down the street.

The food was great (try the sweet potato WEDGES!) for both me and my date but the service was terrible. Our waitress disappeared after taking our drink orders for 20 minutes and during that time my dates drink arrived but mine did not until a different waiter noticed we didn't have food or another drink and kindly took over serving us. Still, we ordered two meals and an appetizer: sweet potato wedges, but we ended up getting loaded baked potato halves that we had to return. The food we did order was delicious and nicely prepared!The atmosphere is fine, families can dine and there's also a bar area which is nice.I hope it was a fluke, but I am not often in the area so I probably won't find out.. We wondered if the waitress quit her job mid shift. If this was the cause, Conrad's isn't really to blame.
I'm a frequent patron and have had many good experiences at Conrad's. However, I was disappointed yesterday with the service and somewhat with our meal.
