The cupcakes are delicious. But the service made me vicious! BAD SERVICE!!! Would not let me use bathroom even as a paying customer. Was treated with disrespect even as a reoccurring customer, this is disappointing but I would say there cupcakes are still the best.

As an employee of Patriot Place I always make it a point to start my event day at the stadium by going to Cupcake Charlie’s for their delicious, adorable, and creative event specific cupcakes! The staff is friendly and efficient! If you visit Patriot Place without stopping at Cupcake Charlie’s you’re doing it wrong!

Not sure if i was charged wrong but $4.91 for this tiny ice cream!? I was in the mood for a soft serve and stopped in. I didnt even realize how much i was charged because i didnt see a price listed, i wasnt given a total or receipt or offered one. It does taste good but seems a bit pricey. I can go to a creamery 5 min away for the same thing for $1.95, or Mc Donalds for $2!? Ive also gone to menchies and gotten way more plus toppings for the same price. Maybe reevaluate some of your pricing, in the meantime ill definitely be going elsewhere

Came in and got a cake pop. Everytime I get one it reminds me of the first ever cake pop I had and that was also at a cupcake Charlie’s when I was only about 7 or so. The nostalgia hits me every time I come in.

I’ve been to this location in the past and the experience was great. However, tonight on 04/11/25 around 8:15PM-ish my date and I drove specifically to Patriot Place for Cupcake Charlie’s for dessert and were extremely disappointed. We both ordered the option of soft serve ice cream with the cupcake blended into the ice cream. After eating about 70% of mine, I started to have a hard time breaking up the cupcake in the ice cream with the spoon, or what I thought was cupcake. Turns out the cupcake liner was not taken off the cupcake and was blended into my ice cream so there was chunks of cupcake liner in the ice cream. My dates ice cream did not have cupcake liner in it but mine did, which felt personal. This experience sadly makes me never want to eat here again which is really unfortunate.

Cupcake Charlie's Foxboro catered cupcakes for our wedding this summer and we could not have been more pleased with the customer service, the design, and the cupcakes themselves. They were a huge hit and we would highly recommend them!

Realized when Abby confirmed the order details that I had called the wrong location. She facilitated the transfer and let me know once it was done so I knew it was successful. My husband and I was looking for a place that had ice cream and found here. This is a perfect place to stop while you’re waiting for a game to start. The ice cream was just so perfectly soft. We got a Charlie chiller which is ice cream mixed with toppings. You can put whatever you want. They also have cupcakes which we didn’t try but they looked so good
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly if your child enjoys ice cream and cupcakes.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible although it is quite tight inside.

Fridays they make maybe a dozen gluten free items, and all are delicious!!! I don’t need gluten free, I just usually prefer the taste, and the same was true today. I got a regular and a gluten free (the regular do have not options of filled cupcakes , so there is that), and the gluten free was my fav. No idea why, but I just way prefer the taste (when made well…I do not take that for granted). These are made well!!!
I also LOVED the gluten free chocolate cookies. The texture of soft and gooey inside was perfect (no hard cookies for me, thank you), tons of chips, and the taste was on point!
Also, adorable local!!! Loved the vibe, and that they also have soft serve!?
The entire plaza has ramps so it’s easy to roll or walk. There are a dozen or so handicapped parking spots in the lot. This place is very accessible.
