Since the staff change the food is either burnt or still slightly frozen. The staff is rude and inconsiderate (throwing food on the counter) I used regularly attend this dunkin but now I go out of my way to avoid it.

Before coming in, I called to let the store know that one of the drinks from my previous order had spilled everywhere inside the bag because it had been placed upright in a large plastic bag without proper support. The person I spoke with on the phone was very kind and understanding, which I appreciated.
However, when I arrived at the store, I was helped by a different employee named Marissa, and the interaction was extremely unpleasant. When I politely explained the situation, she immediately responded with, “Well, we didn’t serve it like that,” in a rude and dismissive tone. She remade the drink, but when handing it to me, she sarcastically said, “This is the same way as the last one, so you better be careful and not drop it.”
When I calmly mentioned that I had never seen it packaged that way before, she replied with, “Well, that’s how Dunkin’ Donuts does it,” again in a rude manner. This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. I will not be returning to this location.

This is the second time in the last two weeks where my drink has been messed up. I order a hot chocolate. And I pull off and I check my drink and both times it’s been a coffee. Food wise. I order the bacon and cheddar bites. Two straight days it’s been the veggie bites. They are extremely nice here. But I shouldn’t have to worry if my food and drinks are prepared correctly everytime I come to this specific Dunkin’ Donuts. So I would double check your orders when coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts

I never seen a good Dunkin like this before best i have ever had and i frequently visit different locations. Went to drive through like 2 a.m with hesitation but i had the best Dunkin coffee and also best Dunkin food. The lady got my order was so sweet and helpful i thought i was in a prank show for a while:) Seriously though give it a try. I hope the quality will stay the same at this location. ?

Every time I go there I get a hard bagel and melted cream cheese ? they really need to get it together...... a whole year later and I'm editing this review to let you know nothing has changed. Solid bagels and stale coffee . Yuck. Waste of money.
Ok so im confused. WHEN did they change to giving snacking bacon COLD? Meat cold? Hu? Doesn't make sense. EVER SINCE snacking bacon CAME OUT Others AND myself have always gotten it Hot. So did some dummy burn themselves. That's STILL NO reason. I'm SURE Other dummies have burned themselves On Coffee AND ALOT MORE, BUT YOU STILL SERVE that HOT! what is the problem. I seriously think they are either lazy OR they want snacking bacon demand to go down bc its too expensive or too much work and this is how they THINK they can accomplish that. Seriously CALL around guys, Other D&Ds are still serving COFFEE AND BACON HOT!

It is DUNKIN !!! Be sure to order with details. The tea is not what it should be. Coffee is great. Cinnamon Rolls are good. Breakfast sandwiches are OK. Bagels are OK, but be sure you specify how you want the bagel and what you want with it. Service is fast, and not always accurate. Be sure to check your order before going away.
