Very bad experience today not as usual from this branck .. i got hash browns was not fresh and taste ugly.. the cappuccino milk wasn’t in the fridge given me diarrhea and abdominal pain !!

The line moves fast, and my order has always been correct but I hate how they don’t toast the bagel if you get a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. It makes the whole sandwich go cold really fast and dunkin bagels are just not good enough for that.

The manager in there today was extremely rude when talking to the other employees and was treating them like children and not adults in front of customers. The staff was extremely quick and very friendly to me but the woman manager who was wearing a lime green shirt was being VERY unnecessarily bitchy for no reason while I was waiting, very sad to see that she can't talk to her staff with the littlest bit of respect. This is Dunkin, there is no reason to talk to people like that.

I couldn’t finish the Americano I ordered, whatever was put in it tasted terribly. I ate that much of my Boston Crème and still hadn’t gotten to the cream. Staff was nice though.

they gave me a bagel without any cream cheese or butter. i ordered for a pickup so i could pick it up and go to work and it took 20 minutes and it still wasnt there so we had to leave without our order.

Since the staff change the food is either burnt or still slightly frozen. The staff is rude and inconsiderate (throwing food on the counter) I used regularly attend this dunkin but now I go out of my way to avoid it.

Before coming in, I called to let the store know that one of the drinks from my previous order had spilled everywhere inside the bag because it had been placed upright in a large plastic bag without proper support. The person I spoke with on the phone was very kind and understanding, which I appreciated.
However, when I arrived at the store, I was helped by a different employee named Marissa, and the interaction was extremely unpleasant. When I politely explained the situation, she immediately responded with, “Well, we didn’t serve it like that,” in a rude and dismissive tone. She remade the drink, but when handing it to me, she sarcastically said, “This is the same way as the last one, so you better be careful and not drop it.”
When I calmly mentioned that I had never seen it packaged that way before, she replied with, “Well, that’s how Dunkin’ Donuts does it,” again in a rude manner. This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. I will not be returning to this location.

This is the second time in the last two weeks where my drink has been messed up. I order a hot chocolate. And I pull off and I check my drink and both times it’s been a coffee. Food wise. I order the bacon and cheddar bites. Two straight days it’s been the veggie bites. They are extremely nice here. But I shouldn’t have to worry if my food and drinks are prepared correctly everytime I come to this specific Dunkin’ Donuts. So I would double check your orders when coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts

I never seen a good Dunkin like this before best i have ever had and i frequently visit different locations. Went to drive through like 2 a.m with hesitation but i had the best Dunkin coffee and also best Dunkin food. The lady got my order was so sweet and helpful i thought i was in a prank show for a while:) Seriously though give it a try. I hope the quality will stay the same at this location. ?
