Just got the most ignorant person in the drive through. I ordered the Brown sugar SHAKEN oat milk espresso. I was handed a black coffee. I said, that wasn't my order, it has to have oat milk. I then got a coffee, served with oat milk. It was NOT the shaken espresso. I know because there should be foam at top from being shaken. All they did was add oat milk to it and hand it to me out the window. When I said, that's not the shaken, she said, Ah, yes, I think I know. I work here. Umm.. NO, you dont know!!. Walked in to get an egg sandwich on my way to work at 6:20 Sat. morning. 4 visible staff, all looked at me and turned away. I waited about 5 minutes and then walked out. Asked the manager how he can run a business that way. Not going back.
