Up until recently was the best location around. While there are still a few good employees I'm sure they will get burnt out fast. Intentionally made something incorrect because it was more convenient for them... I'm done ill just spend the money on an espresso machine rather than keep pouring out my money.

The public bathroom had a wet floor sign and was barricaded.After socializing for a while, the barricade was still up, and the need for a restroom was urgent.The employee stated they did not have a bathroom I could use!Where did she go?

There is no way that they could hold a meeting, take a call, or work while having coffee because the music is so loud and the staff feel free to answer personal calls and talk loudly. I don't see the need to be aware of other people's personal problems. It's important to recognize the need for boundaries and to keep work and personal time apart. Positive aspects include the well-made coffee, exceptionally clean interior, and excellent organization.

Great service but the guy laughed when he found out a private/event and hotel secuirty guard that that came in was also dealing with the living and dead during the patriots and chiefs game but hey they still came thru at dunks and at the pats game too go pats! Ps dunks is amazing too! Grear servie btw too!

I’ve seen these young girls who work afternoons not pay attention to customers, give away free food to their friends all d*** things I don’t care about but it’s annoying. Went through drive thru and my coffee was made wrong, not a big deal. Turned around and went back to get it remade. These young girls who work there are no where to be found but yet have a store with 5 teens in it. All probably eating free food. I wait a couple minutes then say “hello?” Some big broad who clearly doesn’t work there but yet is taking up all of the counter space by laying over it tells me “oh, they’re in the bathroom.” Ummm what? Where they do that at? This store is a joke and I hope the management catches on, watches the tapes and fires these broads.

The last couple of months when I have ordered my order comes out wrong. I ordered a large tea just cream and one bag, I got large black tea with 2 bags. This morning I ordered bagel not toasted and got bagel toasted. I am getting tired if getting the wrong stuff. When I get to work and see it is wrong, I can't go back and complain. Please talk to the staff to make sure they really pay attention. It wasn't busy when I went through today.
