I ordered a large hot chocolate and was given a medium but still charged for the large. This is the third time this location has done this. I'm not going to this location any longer. There is an honest one down the street.

Stopped for coffee (In MHO the Dunkin' coffee is the best!!) today. The lady behind the counter was really nice. The store was clean and well lit. They had a fresh tray of Boston Cream donuts, I had to get one... it's a weakness... I really like Dunkin', this one a good experience!!

I read alot of reviews about bad service but I just don't see it.. maybe it's a give an attitude get an attitude thing but as a regular customer I haven't had more then 1 or 2 issues over the past 8 years I've been coming to this particular location. The only thing I can think to say negative is about the roadway and how you can't turn left out of store onto rt 1 however this isn't the stores fault and you can loop around right down the street so problem solved! Thanks for the great service!

I tried to get a order placed for a corporate quarterly meeting and I stopped two days back to back only to show up three days in a row with the staff saying each time they didn't know about my order for the meeting. Each time the staff talked bad about the other crews and luckily they made my order up with 30 minutes before our meeting took place. Will never use Dunkin again for a meeting.
