I am deeply disappointed with my experience here as it is my first time at this location. I ordered online and I was told that it would be ready at 8:18 pm whereas I got my food at 8:40 pm meanwhile there was only one other person in the store and only 4 burgers on the flat top. I had gotten 2 bacon cheeseburger’s which both ended up not even having bacon on them. I think paying $50 for 2 burgers and 2 shakes is outrageous but I was willing to give it a try. But after waiting for my food for that long, having my burgers smooshed down and not even having the ingredient that you’re charging me more for is absolutely outrageous. I’m not sure if this restaurant is like this everyday or I just got unlucky but I will not be spending my money here anymore.

Good chain burger with no frills.
All standard burgers are double patties. The cheeseburger is simply meat and cheese. You then add any extras like lettuce, tomatoes, etc at no additional cost.
All burgers and hot dogs are foil wrapped.
Little cheese burger is one patty.
Fries are generous servings and there is always extra in the bag, so one serve is enough for two people.
This venue had the new style drink dispenser. Which you can choose from a heap of options. Drinks are re-fillable.

This crew before the Patriots game on December 1 did a tremendous job. Hundreds of people poured into this restaurant and they had this assembly line going knocking out all of the unique orders. We got our food within ten minutes of ordering, incredible. And the manager was rounding on her crew, helping them get ingredients or bag fries, pass out food etc. Outstanding work, guys.

We visit Patriot's Place every year during Patriot's Training Camp and stay a few nights at the Renaissance hotel. We always have our go-to places for food, but this year I decided to switch it up and have Five Guys for lunch considering I haven't had it in several years. I took my son for lunch while my wife and the other kids got some rest and I was blown away by how good the food was. We had the double bacon burger all the way style and it was incredibly tasty, and of course the fries were fantastic. Initially I thought the prices seemed a bit high but you absolutely get your moneys worth here. The food came out fast and everyone was super friendly. We enjoyed the food so much we went back the following day and had lunch again, this time with my wife and all 3 kids. Even my 21-month-old daughter went to town on the burger and fries. This was hands down my best experience at a Five Guys restaurant, and just an overall great experience eating out. You can tell that the workers take great pride in their jobs, and I hope they get the recognition they deserve. I made it a point to let them know how good the food was on our way out but wish I could have offered more appreciation. We also grabbed a banana milkshake during both visits which was delicious. We will be back next year for sure. Thank you!!

The order taker did not speak English well and was difficult to deal with. All bathrooms were closed because they were broken. Both soda machined were nor working well. There was no evidence of a manager present. Five boys is not cheap and we were disappointed. My wife does not want to go back.

Thanks for the team at this location, 1. I was going to use the bathroom was not aware that the bathroom needed a code to open, and one of the workers before I even said or went to say ask for the code had provided me with the code, and 2. The gentle man who took my order realized that I really wanted a double Pattie but only had enough money for the single, once my food was ready, he asked me if I wanted the double Pattie he said it was one the house. So thank you much guys first time there thanks.
