Menchie's Frozen Yogurt Patriot Place

I got froyo here last night (2/1/26) and was a bit nervous at first because of the reviews but don’t listen to half of these reviews, as literally none of the negative ones I’ve seen were justified based on my experience.

This place has small cups for tasters (one review said they wouldn’t let them test the flavors first but that’s just not true, at least when I went) and the staffer (just one lady when I went) was very nice. No automatic tip was added (another review said they auto added and were shady about it), they use the square space screen just like most establishments so you can select 0 tip if you want. Everything was clean, stocked, and was decently affordable. I got three different flavors and a crap ton of toppings and it was like $8 bucks and some change. This is like every other froyo place and I mean that in a good way, it was just what I wanted and was looking for. Had some delicious flavor options an extensive list of topping choices, all of which you got to self serve which was great (some places don’t let you but this one did!).

In conclusion( if you made it this far), come check this place out and it will not disappoint.

So went there today cause I as a consumer wanted to spend money at a “good” establishment. but as soon as i walked in the vibes were so dead. the people in the counter were just talking, no hi hello. me and my friend walked out cause no way i was gonna stay in that creepy place where workers were ignoring me lol

I’m not kidding — the chairs here are NEXT LEVEL. I sat down expecting a normal chair experience, but these things? Built DIFFERENT. Sturdy as hell. Solid. Not a wobble, not a squeak, nothing. They’re like the tank of seating.

I shifted around, leaned back, tested it like I was inspecting furniture for a living — this chair didn’t even flinch. It held me like it had a personal vendetta against collapsing. On top of that, they’re actually comfortable?? Which feels rare these days.

Honestly, whoever picked these chairs needs a raise. I would come back just to sit down again. If you appreciate durable, dependable seating: this is your place.

Five stars for the chairs alone.

Review for Menchie’s – Gillette Stadium

Menchie’s at Gillette Stadium is always a great stop! The store smells amazing, everything is super clean, and the vibes are just good. The manager is awesome, friendly, and really keeps the place running smoothly. Definitely one of the best Menchie’s locations around! 🍦✨

A great find for those seeking kosher options at Patriot Place. All soft serve flavors are kosher, fresh and tasty (the toppings are not certified).

Best froyo I've ever had

Great place to get frozen yogurt! I got a mix of a bunch of different flavors, including Nila wafer, cheesecake, caramel, marshmallow, and cake batter. Apparently the hi-chew blue Hawaii tropical candy flavor is really good as well (I haven’t tried it yet but my friend got it and said multiple times while we were eating something along the lines of, “this blue candy flavor is SO GOOD, the next time I come here I’m not even gonna try any new flavors I’m just gonna fill my entire bowl with this blue candy flavor” hahaha). They also have a ton of options for toppings, including nilla wafers, cheesecake pieces, frosted graham crackers, marshmallow sauce, brownie pieces, crushed Oreos, white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, fresh strawberries, crushed heath bar, cool whip, caramel turtles, milk chocolate fudge, and caramel sauce. And those are just the ones that I remember off the top of my head! The people who work there are very friendly and also it was $8 for my bowl which was 10.4 ounces, so pretty reasonably priced.

Usually i always come to this froyo i did like it the owner is nice but tonight three teenage girls were working I accidentally pressed a tip and I said I need to go back. The girl cashing me out went back, but the other blonde girl said you shouldn’t have went back and you should’ve took the tip as if i couldn’t hear her then my friend got told that hers was $70 and that it was just a joke and they started laughing at her when she came back and confronted them.

We love it here. So many flavors and toppings, and it's the only place around to get a frozen treat that tastes like Disney's Dole Whip.

2nd time here, just as great as the first time

Froyo is decent but what’s not decent is adding a 20% gratuity without disclosing anywhere to the customer. Cashier will quickly by pass screen so customers don’t notice. Won’t be going back.
