I would rate this store for top quality customer service from my recent experience. I placed a cake order online for my wedding anniversary which the store missed out due to system glitch. Manager apologized and was kind enough to not only knock off $10 on the cake over the shelf but also offered a free cake to order any time on him. This is a really cool frozen yogurt shop, you make your own treat. Pick the flavor than pick as many toppings as you like. Pricing was reasonable but my boys didn't pack on the toppings. Price is calculated by the weight of your treat.
This place is great. Had never been the man working showed me where everything was and explained how it worked, he was so nice and I left with a smile on my face. Plus the fro-yo was great and the toppings were VERY FRESH!☺
