My partner ordered soup and salad, while I opted for a soup with a lunch entree. Shortly after receiving the salad, we requested an additional plate. To our dismay, the waitress informed me that if she provides me with an plate, we would be charged twice for the soup and salad twice.

According to Olive Garden Unlimited’s Soup & Salad policy, the salad is intended for sharing and should be consumed comfortably. However, if a customer orders a refill and subsequently shares it, the policy mandates that the waiter charge the table for an additional soup and salad.

The unfortunate aspect of this situation is that this policy has always been in place at Olive Garden. Nevertheless, today, to obtain an additional plate from the waiter, I would have had to be charged extra. This incident completely ruined my appetite because I had specifically requested a plate, not a refill salad that I hadn’t ordered.

Fortunately, another manager arrived at the table and provided me with the additional plate. I regret tipping $10 because it was unreasonable for a waiter to charge me for a refill salad that I hadn’t ordered. I just needed a plate to finish the initial salad that was never going to be refilled.

ok hi i found hair in my breadsticks and the breadsticks aren’t even that good, the kids cheese pizza is burnt on the back it makes smells the pizza smell so bad! the tables are lowkey dirty and i fear they dont wipe the seats

I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service we received from Jack, our server at Olive Garden. From the moment we were seated, Jack was attentive, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He took the time to make sure our meals were exactly how we wanted them. I ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo with rigatoni, and my girlfriend had the chicken Alfredo without broccoli. Both were perfect, and his recommendations were spot on.

Jack maintained a positive attitude throughout our meal, kept our drinks full, and checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. He even suggested dessert, but we were too full to take him up on it. Still, the gesture showed he was invested in making our experience complete.

Overall, Jack made what could have been an ordinary dinner feel personal and enjoyable. He represents exactly what good hospitality should look like. He absolutely deserves recognition for the way he carries himself and the level of service he provides. Jack has real potential in this industry, and Olive Garden is lucky to have him on the team. We’ll definitely be returning and asking for him again.

We visited the Olive Garden at Patriot Place for my grandmother’s 92nd birthday, and the entire evening exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made it feel like a special occasion without needing to be asked.

Our group of eight, including my grandmother who uses a wheelchair, was seated in a quiet, semi-private area that was perfect for conversation and celebration. The space was clean, well-lit, and fully accessible.

The most memorable part of the evening was how our server, Benny, went out of his way to celebrate my grandmother’s birthday. Without being asked, he gathered (what felt like) the entire staff to sing happy birthday and brought out a cake. It was a thoughtful gesture that truly made her day and meant a lot to all of us.

Benny was the highlight of the night. He was friendly, funny, energetic, and naturally engaging. He kept us laughing, joined conversations at just the right moments, and handled everything with ease and attention.

We had a mix of cocktails, wine, soda, and water, along with pasta, steak, shrimp, salad, and the usual breadsticks. Everyone ordered what they wanted and left full and happy. The food arrived on time, at the right temperature, and met our expectations.

While Olive Garden isn’t “fine dining”, it is consistent and comfortable, which was exactly what we wanted for a family gathering. The value was solid, and the night was memorable in all the right ways.

I rarely leave five-star reviews, but this visit earned it. A great place to celebrate, enjoy familiar food, and create lasting memories.

Very accommodating of my need to be gluten free. Small selection of completely gluten free appetizers and entrees. Service was excellent and the food was pretty good. Honestly, their gluten free pasta was very tasty.

Excellent food. Friendly Manager. Told us how the Eggplant was made which is exceptional. Lasagna another favorite. Great place if looking for a convenient Italian meal that isn't a pizza place
