Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I’ve been going here for many years and usually get the cheese ravioli. The last 2 years I’ve noticed that there is hardly any cheese in them and the sauce is different! What happened? Use to be my favorite restaurant.

Service was awful, if I could give it zero stars I would, as soon as we got there the atmosphere was not nice and the waitress didn’t even ask how we were just started off with asking how the check will be split, didn’t take our orders for the longest time, forgot drinks, brought out our food at different times and even forgot one of our dishes until we had to ask another waitress about the dish. Didn’t ask if any of us needed Parmesan on our pasta. And would not come back over after we were done eating to give us the check, also barely checked on our party of 13.

Food was average but this was my first time at an Olive Garden and my last . Staff was great but the place is crammed and I felt like I was hitting the people behind me .

The food was good, I came here last night with my boyfriend who ordered an alcoholic drink. Our waitress seemed young, maybe 17, definitely seemed younger than us. When he handed the waitress his real id she held it up to the light and asked him if it was a fake and he’s like no it’s real because it’s real. She came back and we ordered our food and she refused to serve him his drink because she was so convinced his legit id was fake. He didn’t care enough to get the manager but she was wrong it wasn’t fake she should have had someone verify it and find out that she didn’t know what she was talking about.My boyfriend turns 22 in April that was a real id just letting yall know so she doesn’t do it again because if that was me I would have got the manager.

We were seated to a table that was not cleaned/bused properly. As such we moved 1 booth over to a clean table and were never served or greeted by a waiter. Unprofessional, low quality service.

We were seated in a side room with absolutely no heat (it is below 12 degrees outside right now), it was so cold in the dining room that not even the food was warm after five minutes of being served. When I walked into the main dining room, it was about 20 degrees warmer and there were plenty of open seats. The service was terrible. Our waiter didn’t acknowledge me and only provided service to my boyfriend (when he came to give refills he only refilled my boyfriend’s drink and only offered him grated cheese and left before I could even ask). We spent more time waiting around for him to serve us than we had to eat as he rushed us through ordering and our meal. He also waiting for us to request refills of drinks and breadsticks. We saw him maybe four times during our entire meal. $45 for absolutely terrible service in a hostile dining room with cold food. Do better.

Was seated in half of the building that had no functional heat and a space heater while seats were open in the other half. Food was mediocre and table service was only every 20 minutes with one guest being nearly completely ignored.

I had a really disappointing experience during my visit tonight. I usually refrain from leaving negative feedback, but this time it felt necessary. Our server appeared to be struggling, perhaps due to being new to the job. We waited about 10-15 minutes just to place our drink orders, and then it took another half hour for our food to arrive. Unfortunately, the breadstick was served cold, as if it hadn’t been cooked properly. My sangria didn’t arrive until I got my meal, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, the restroom was in a terrible state—filthy and unkempt. I would recommend opting for Olive Garden in Attleboro instead.

Food was as expected from Olive Garden. Eat in a booth next to the window that needed a serious cleaning along the wall and windows covered in finger prints.

Olive Garden food is always going to be Olive Garden food. Tasty enough, filling, and budget friendly. The ambiance is also typically the same across the board. What set this Olive Garden apart for me was the wonderful service my family and I received from both our server Ben, and from the female manager with short brown hair and glasses ( I wish I got her name!). My 13 year old cousin has severe allergies. Like..... Epi pen in hand the moment food enters his mouth kind of allergies. Ben was great working with us and his manager to make sure the allergies and severity of the allergies were understood. The manager explained that she has a child with food allergies as well, and understands the challenges of eating at a restaurant that many family members with food allergies experience. She talked through the food options with my cousin patiently and kindly, brought him a sample of the marinara with
meat sauce when he wasn't sure if he would like it, and personally handled his plate. To me..... That is above and beyond service. Thank you to Ben and the manager for exceeding our expectations. You deserve praise and recognition.

Food was barely okay. They've gone downhill over the years. I think they changed the recipe on the breadsticks as well... They taste like cardboard now. Service was good, restaurant was clean.
