I had wonderful time at this Olive Garden. Our server Jack was so nice and talkative. Almost as if he was a longtime friend. He was super accommodating with our allergies. I appreciated everything he did for us especially since we were a large group. Food was out super quick and the area was super clean. Definitely recommend this place and our server to our friends.

Went here last night and it took 3 teenagers 10 minutes to put together a table for my family of six. They squeezed two tables together in-between two large groups. We would have been fine in a booth. No biggie. They then sat us and never returned. After 15 minutes waiting with four small children, we left after not one waiter came to even take our drink order. Im not one to leave bad reviews but it was kind of ridiculous service for a non busy, Tuesday night ðŸ«

Olive garden doesn't let you down with their endless breadsticks and their Italian cuisine. Our server was great. Food was delicious and did not taste rushed. Atmosphere was a little busier than I would have thought for a Monday but nothing excessive. Didn't wait more than 5 minutes to be seated around 7pm. Look forward to returning again.

I had the 5 cheese ziti al forno, and i was super happy with my pick, it was really delicious and filling. Alfredo zucchini, salad and soup were on point as always. This time we also tried the lasagna chocolate and omg, it was so good, two people and definitely share one!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but after today’s visit I felt it was important to share. We came in for a late lunch, and the restaurant was extremely busy — that was clear right away. With the volume, it seems there was a communication miss between the hosts and servers, and our table wasn’t assigned right away. After waiting about 30 minutes, I went to the host stand to ask for assistance. A server from a nearby section kindly took over our table and provided excellent service. The food was outstanding and perfectly timed.
What stood out the most, though, was the leadership involvement. Heather, the General Manager, stopped by with a sincere apology and was incredibly kind. Another manager, a male who appeared Hispanic (I’m sorry I don’t recall his name), was also very friendly and helped us at the start of the service.
Throughout our meal, I watched Heather running food, bussing tables, checking on guests, and supporting her team in every possible way. This is true leadership in the F&B world. I’ve worked in food and beverage for 15 years and currently serve as an Executive Director of Food and Beverage for a large company, so I know how rare and valuable this level of leadership is.
I hope this feedback is shared not only with Heather, but also with upper management. You are fortunate to have such an exceptional leader on your team. We will definitely be back.

Worst experience in a long time at a restaurant. 35 minutes to receive a beverage and then my meal was delivered 15 minutes after the rest of my dining party was done eating. To top off the experience it wasn’t even what in ordered. The breadsticks were still Hal frozen and they ran out of glasses. This was at 5:30 PM! How can a restaurant run out of glassware at the “slowest time “ of the night. DO NOT GO HERE!

It’s always uncomfortable to watch the managers discipline the employees in front of you. It completely kills the mood, treat your staff better.

After the patriots win, we decided to stop in for a drink and to have appetizer, we sat at the bar. The bar was filthy. The bartender was over pouring drinks. People were waiting for over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Horrible. Simply horrible. I will never come back. I was so repulsed that I did not order any food. My partner asked for bread and dipping oil. Bread sticks came. The bartender was obviously annoyed. Then someone came up behind me and dropped an oil bottle between myself and my partner. We had to ask for a plate. Unprofessional is an understatement.
