Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The food was great but the service was horrible! We got our food fast but then the waitress disappeared. No coming to check how the meal wa or drink refills. After waiting about 45 minutes we went up front and asked for a manager. The manager apologized and 10 minutes later the check came. Good food but horrible service.

Me and my family arrived yesterday at 4:30, the restaurant was pretty busy. Lots of people are already waiting and sitting. I had an amazing server Arcadia very sweet and patient with me and my family. I know sometimes my kids struggle ordering and she was able to help us out. I noticed she was the only one on the floor, taking customers and bringing orders out. There was two managers that I noticed were just standing around, not helping her at all. At one point I could see her face look very overwhelmed. I did try to call over a manager, but they just walked right by me. I think it’s really unprofessional to have two managers in a fast paced workplace, and they’re just standing around watching their one server struggle. My heart goes out to that server Arcadia, who was very sweet to me and my family, and who obviously deserve more recognition for how busy it was yesterday and how calm she stayed with everyone! please do better with the managers it’s embarrassing.

Won't rate the food because we never received it.

Sat outside after the Pat's game in line for 30 minutes to be seated which was understandable. We were seated and waited 20 minutes until a server finally came to our table to take our order. Water was never brought. We waited another 20 minutes after putting our order in and we still didn't receive water or our beverages we ordered and our food was nowhere to be seen nor was our server that "placed" our order. Needless to say we walked out. So this is the first negative restaurant review I've ever left and I hope it will be my last.

I met up with friends for dinner and a movie night.

Our host got us seated promptly and food and drink were ordered within 5 minutes. Things took a turn rapidly when the wait staff got overwhelmed.

We were ignored for over 20 minutes. We finally got a request in for refills and fries to be replenished. Almost 10 minutes pass and we are given drinks in a to-go cup...no fries and an inaudible response on the fries. 15 more minutes pass and they return with fries in a to-go bag.

Pick your time wisely at this location. I really enjoy Red Robin but this was not a great experience for my friends and I. The manager did the best he could to make it right and I genuinely hope that the staff can get the support necessary for a Saturday night dinner crowd at a football stadium/entertainment destination.

Small parties and couples may get overlooked for larger tables.

Appetizers cold my special tavern burger was under cooked and missing the bacon crumble and none of our bottomless items were restocked without reminders and the root beer floats are root beer with ice and a drop of whipped cream on top

Waited 10 minutes at the entrance before a worker appeared to see the crowd of people waiting to get tables. Drinks came out, two were made completely wrong. Food came out, one meal was the wrong meal, the other was made wrong (had lettuce and tomato when it wasn't supposed to, no candied bacon, supposed to be medium and was cooked very well done crispy black). Sodas were watered down and tasted like sink water. Two other tables asked to speak with a manager. Not going well here tonight apparently. Worst Red Robin I've ever visited.

It was my first time going into Red Robin and the food is delicious. The reason for the 2 stars is because the service was horrible. I ordered takeout and when I arrived there was nobody at the front to greet me. The hostess was MIA. I was waiting there for 10 minutes until I was acknowledged.

Decent food at a reasonable price. Burgers are the most popular menu items here but I recommend the Avocobbo salad, which is my go to when I visit. Service is generally good. My only critique involves paying the bill at the end. You have to do it through a device at your table instead of through the server, It's a small thing but it bothers me.

We like Red Robin @ Foxborough. We went to celebrate my birthday. We always have a 5 star experience...except this time. The server that seated us at a table in the bar, was clearly annoyed that we asked to be seated somewhere other than the bar area.
Our server was was abrupt and when she saw that we brought our own water, appeared upset/angry,
Our meals were wonderful, but the whole experience was dampened by her unpleasant attitude. She never asked us if our meal was ok, and we had difficulty getting her attention to ask for "left over" boxes and the check. She practically snapped at us when we requested help with the "at the table" payment process.
We WILL go back to this Red Robin. We've had many excellent meals there and expect to again!!
