Nothing fancy just pure tasty burgers and shakes. Perfect as is.

Overall it's a great place with great food. It's a chain restaurant so it's not the best food you'll ever have but still one of the best. The only problem was that the waitress did not pay enough attention to our table and we had to ask other waitresses for stuff.

so the hostess here is clueless on how to his job but he's is good at standing around with hands in pockets or rolling his eyes at a customer for asking for how long the wait is. they're not using the tablet and there's no one to tell us wait times since the hostess is not up front. Plus the manager was really not helping the problems just leaning up against the table and waiting on orders but there wasn't that many there. The music coming out of the kitchen is louder then the music in the dinning room are. I will never visit this location again when I come to patriot place ill go to five guys instead better service

Red Robin is not what it used to be.

We stopped in before the game. The fellow taking head counts, working the door couldn't have been any friendlier. I was impressed at how he managed the line and how quickly it moved. Once inside, same story. Considering kickoff was only an hour and a half away. I was all but certain we'd be waiting a long time. Our server came over immediately. She took our drink in app order. We did regular burgers and garlic fries. Service was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend RR before kickoff. We'll be going back next Monday night before the Giants game. Accept double burgers this time 🤘😂

It appeared there were only 2 servers working on a busy vacation week lunch time.
Poorly managed, not the waitress’s fault.
Long wait before anyone took our order.
Food came out quickly and was good!
But even though it advertises unlimited refills on drinks and sides, no one ever checked back to see if we wanted any refills (we did!)
The parties around us kept trying to flag down our waitress, to no avail. Members in our party felt sorry for her. We were done with our meals (no refills) for an even longer time waiting for our check.
At such a busy time of the season, with many coming to Patriot Place to see the GOAT’s stature, you would think that management would be sure to have ample staff. This is the closest family restaurant to the statue.
As for ambiance, the TV was set to a SOAP OPERA! Couldn’t they at least chosen a sports channel?.

The food was good but the worker forgot to put our order in. It was very disappointing because I have been there many times and had never had to deal with this. We finally got our food 45 minutes later.

Food was amazing! I love the various selection of burgers and sandwiches they offer. However, service tonight was questionable. Yes, our server had a very nice attitude towards us but somewhat neglected our table. We never were checked in with after our food arrived and it just felt to basic, nothing revealing about the service that they had.
