It appeared there were only 2 servers working on a busy vacation week lunch time.
Poorly managed, not the waitress’s fault.
Long wait before anyone took our order.
Food came out quickly and was good!
But even though it advertises unlimited refills on drinks and sides, no one ever checked back to see if we wanted any refills (we did!)
The parties around us kept trying to flag down our waitress, to no avail. Members in our party felt sorry for her. We were done with our meals (no refills) for an even longer time waiting for our check.
At such a busy time of the season, with many coming to Patriot Place to see the GOAT’s stature, you would think that management would be sure to have ample staff. This is the closest family restaurant to the statue.
As for ambiance, the TV was set to a SOAP OPERA! Couldn’t they at least chosen a sports channel?.

The food was good but the worker forgot to put our order in. It was very disappointing because I have been there many times and had never had to deal with this. We finally got our food 45 minutes later.

Food was amazing! I love the various selection of burgers and sandwiches they offer. However, service tonight was questionable. Yes, our server had a very nice attitude towards us but somewhat neglected our table. We never were checked in with after our food arrived and it just felt to basic, nothing revealing about the service that they had.

Decent food. Pretty average as far as it goes. The service is very spotty. Often we never see our server between the time we get our food and the time we check out. I usually have to get up and ask around to find our server if there is something we need during the meal.

Karin(bartender) yelled at my group of friends that walked in yesterday on one of the busiest nights because of the fireworks. She yelled immediately
“ We are not doing to go drinks! I am the only person on the bar!” Mind you, she only had three customers sitting at the bar at the time. We hadn’t even sat down yet. No, good evening. No, how are you? If you keep her on the bar you will never have returning customers. You don’t talk to customers like that ever.

The service was horrible! We ordered an appetizer and drinks before the George strait concert never received the appetizer never was checked on except when she brought the drinks over which I ordered the blue patron margaritas and my husband ordered a tall copra light with fried pickles we eventually just gave up and paid on the kiosk I even tipped the server 8$ as well and I am regretting that! She never came back once and we was there for an hour after we ordered. She even seen us leave and didn’t say anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never wrote reviews but there is a reason why Red Robin’s have the reputation they have. Everytime the point is made as to why we do not go!!!

I was in a party of 4, the food came out at all different temperatures and 3 of us had the same thing. The waitress was very nice thats the only positive thing I could say. If I wasn't going to a concert I would have complained.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Immediately upon arriving we were greeted by friendly staff. Destiny was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the different selection of food. She was amazing with taking our orders and serving as well. Not to mention it was my first time @ Red Robin… I promise it won’t be my last. All in all, it was a wonderful time. Thank you very much for the best experience. 10/10 will be back💯💯
