Saga Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi Bar

Never had a bad meal not experience at Saga! The service is all ways prompt and attentive and the food is always delicious.

I ordered the beef and rice and all I got was a plate of wet fried rice and 3 pieces of beef. I would never go back just because your a fancy restaurant with expensive prices ,it doesn't make your food good.

As someone with a gluten allergy it can be tough to go out with a group sometimes. Food was amazing they knew exactly what I could and couldn't have and said mine would be cooked in the kitchen not on the hibachi grill with everyone else's. Our waitress was fantastic and even went above and beyond to take group pictures for my friends birthday. Will definitely go back

Seen mice running across chairs and tables. I wouldn’t even drink or eat here don’t know if anything clean after seeing a mice on a place where people eat.

We've had many great experiences here, but this one missed the mark. We had a drink and some edamame while we waited for out take out sushi order. That part of the service was fine. But when we got our order home we found that half our order was someone else's order. It was much too far to go back, so we selled for sushi we didnt want. This, of course, means that someone else got an incorrect order too. Hopefully it will be better next time.

We came here for the food but also we saw the sign that says up to 50% but it does not apply to holidays. We are here to see the Weekend and they said that is a holiday.🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Our waitress seemed a little annoyed with us. The chef was great but the food was very salty.

The drink was not good for the 10 bucks with fat tuesday down the street my 10 bucks drink would have hit better

We were staying at the Renaissance next door, and came here for a late dinner. The place was empty (not surprising as it was a weeknight). They had some good weeknight specials, but the food was mediocre. The udon was lacking flavor, and we found a hair in it.

The vegetable dumplings were mushy. The only thing we found to be fine was the avocado cucumber roll.

They did have a nice ambiance though. It's too bad the Asian offerings at Patriot Place are minimal.

Came for a birthday party. Food was as expected from Hibachi but we had the most uninspired chef. No volcano, no Choo Choo, no saki fountain, no gimmicks which we come to expect from the experience. We were a burden to him apparently. Not even a veggie flip. Honestly we might as well have just gotten take out. The chef really squashed the night. The rest of the restaurant is having a grand time with all the tricks!! We got the cashed out chef that looked like he just whipped the uniform off his bedroom floor and rolled in to work. Straight Dougin here but this chef was the worst. We've been here before and foods good but this experience was bottom tier. Do better.

This was the worst Hibachi restaurant I've ever been to. The noodles were cold by the time the other food hit the plate! a couple of shrimp is not worth the money they charged. The salad was bland and didn't have that nice ginger flavor. The pink yum yum sauce tasted like just mayonnaise. no steak sauce either. Just didn't like this place at all. The grill chef was trying his best to be funny but after 5 minutes of his "funny", I just wanted him to shut up and and serve my food! never again.

We were very close to not eating here because of some of the reviews, but we gave it a chance and we were so glad we did because we really had a great experience! The chef was wonderful and had both of my kids laughing hysterically as well as the adults. The food was exactly what you would expect from hibachi- it was very good and it came with salads and soup. We would definitely do it again!
