A girl who worked at 7:30pm of 6/13 was super rude and awkward. I bought a mug cup and she gave me super dusty one. So i asked nicely if I can other one. She gave me an attitude so I tried to make it comfortable by saying “it was not too difficult right? I understand it but this mug is for a gift”. Then she gave me a stare with a look. If she does that to every customer, then this location will have a problem.

When I arrived here it was dead, yet I waited ages for my order. The place was filthy, there were no napkins , bathrooms were a mess and totally neglected also .

Starbucks can never make a drink correctly. I’ve literally outdone my courtesy credit with the company even with all the photos and evidence and now this location is on the list. People are nice but you have me a macchiato with nothing in it. I tried to get credit as I only realized it when I got all the way to Boston for my son’s appointment. They told me to go back for a remake. There’s a reason for drive thru and I explained it customer service I’m not wasting my gas and they owed me $. I went to the nearest Starbucks to empty my funds on my app after 19 years of being a daily Starbucks drinker and I have closed it out. Never again. This store and customer service was the final straw. Never again. Going local only now.

Totally rude woman who took my order today. Got annoyed with me for questioning why I couldn't add my own milk to my iced coffee. She said it has been that way since COVID but I have never experienced that in other Starbucks. I mentioned that to her as an observation but I guess she got very offended by it. No thank you for buying anything just gave me my change and a dirty look! Very surprising, they're usually friendly at Starbucks!
