Starbucks can never make a drink correctly. I’ve literally outdone my courtesy credit with the company even with all the photos and evidence and now this location is on the list. People are nice but you have me a macchiato with nothing in it. I tried to get credit as I only realized it when I got all the way to Boston for my son’s appointment. They told me to go back for a remake. There’s a reason for drive thru and I explained it customer service I’m not wasting my gas and they owed me $. I went to the nearest Starbucks to empty my funds on my app after 19 years of being a daily Starbucks drinker and I have closed it out. Never again. This store and customer service was the final straw. Never again. Going local only now.

Totally rude woman who took my order today. Got annoyed with me for questioning why I couldn't add my own milk to my iced coffee. She said it has been that way since COVID but I have never experienced that in other Starbucks. I mentioned that to her as an observation but I guess she got very offended by it. No thank you for buying anything just gave me my change and a dirty look! Very surprising, they're usually friendly at Starbucks!

The spicy chorizo breakfast sandwich is my go to. I thoroughly enjoy it. Staff are quite helpful and service is reasonably prompt given how busy the drive through is. A standard Starbucks, convenient to the highway which is a plus for us commuting to work.

I adore Francesca so much. She is vivacious, kind, and simply wonderful! This Starbucks and many others that I visit have the same staff. Her toasted white chocolate mocha cold foam nitro cold brew is the best! Yum! Since I travel for Veterens and am often on the road, she goes above and beyond the call of duty to give me the recipe so I can easily order when I'm at a different Starbucks! She's always encouraging me to try new things! She merits a ten-star rating! Many thanks, ladies!
