Today, my puppy and I went to Starbucks because she loves pup cups. When we got inside, I ordered her pup cup. She was excited and barked maybe once or twice while standing up to see when it was coming. The lady at the register was super nice.

Then a man, who I’m assuming was the manager, came over and said, “Take him out. Take him out if he’s going to keep barking.” I was literally speechless. Several people inside even said she wasn’t bothering anyone and that she was cute and sweet. One person even joked that they’d better hurry up and give her the pup cup.

I have never in my life had someone at Starbucks tell me to take my puppy out because she barked out of excitement. She wasn’t disturbing anyone. If you’re going to have something on the menu for dogs, then you should understand that puppies get excited and may bark sometimes.

I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but his behavior was rude and unacceptable. I will be telling my friends not to come to this Starbucks. Completely unacceptable. Do better.

The Starbucks at Patriot Place is fantastic! The staff is always friendly, positive, and efficient even on the busiest days! My drinks is always made quickly and perfectly!

They didn’t have what I wanted but was able to get a pup cup for my dog

Their prices are higher than at every other Starbucks --like by a dollar or more a drink. And the baristas have the nerve to hand you the keypad when you pay by card so you can put a tip in. I would consider tipping if that EXTRA DOLLAR PER DRINK wasn't added on.

I started off coming here just once or twice for a quick drink before work, but the staff pulled me in, and now I come way more often! Everyone is welcoming and always has good suggestions to help me find what I’m feeling for, even if I’m not sure of it myself. Ryan is a standout in particular, he never fails to make me feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated coming in. I’ve been to several Starbucks in my life and this one is by far the best - the people, the drinks and the atmosphere are all so great. It’s one of my favorite places to sit and read in the early morning.

The team here never misses the opportunity to welcome you in. That's lovely. The service is warm and friendly. The store is spacious and often clean. Always pleased with my beverage.

All of the baristas are amazing and my drink was delicious!! They were busy, but I didn't mind waiting because they were doing a great job making drinks and helping everyone.

My coffee was made right and super fast. However, there was a lot more ice than what i’m used to and some of it wasn’t broken down so i struggled to insert a straw.

Other that that, personnel was very friendly and the mugs and cups variety was very good.

The coffee gets the 2 stars. The bacon sausage wrap had a lone strip of possibly microwaved bacon that was rubber. I think there was a couple of m&m sized pieces of sausage but just the 2. Hard pass on the food for that price. Great coffee though.
