We went through the drive thru and counted 5 employees inside, all of them fairly young. Yet we had to wait 30 minutes stuck waiting for 1 smoothie. There is no way a smoothie place should be that slow. And the order was wrong. Unacceptable.

They get my order wrong the majority of the time. They're good about fixing it, but it's still pretty annoying. The food is good and it's a decent value.

The kids here need better training and adult management. Low quality service, drive thru is unacceptable waiting over 10 mins without the chance to exit the lane- you’re just stuck having to wait for poorly made food and kids breaking down at the window confusing everyone’s order. Heavy training and exit lane needed asap.

Stop in at least 3 times a week for my favorite smoothie. Drive thru takes a while. I'm vegan so I wish they had more non meat meal offerings.

If you’re thinking of stopping at this location, I wouldn’t waste my time. Poor service, low quality smoothies. Disgusting even after a remake of my regular smoothie.

I picked up a chia banana smoothie last Sunday 09/29 , when I arrived home discovered it is not blended with dates and some other stuff whole but that is not all, after drinking it I had lot of pain stomach and I end up throwing up and started being uncomfortable next days, the smoothie caused food poisoning for me I will never go back again to Tropical smoothie this is second time and last one.

Ordered through UberEats an açaí bowl and ended up choking. Every blueberry in the bowl had stems on them, took a bite and have few in my mouth and didn’t realize and choked. So not only did I pay a ton to get a delivery from Uber cause I was craving a bowl, but I have to individually take them stem off each blueberry. So I called the location and was treated poorly with my feedback. Was told “I know there are stems on them because our vendors are always different and the bowl are pre made. We don’t go through the blueberry’s”. Wasn’t offered compensation nor an apology, was actually hung up on. They will never be getting my business at
This location again.

People are slacking on the job because i picked up this delivery for this store 20 minutes ago I get to the store for have not ever started this people don’t care about your orders being made or they not trained good✊?

Smoothies could be better, the floors are dirty and there are wrappers all over the place. My 2 smoothies took 10 minutes. AND 17 BUCKS FOR TWO SMOOTHIES????Although I highly recommend the sunrise sunset smoothie.

I ordered from the wrong Tropical Smoothie on my lunch break while at lunch and I called to explain the problem and let them know the mistake and requested a refund. Apparently, the store owner or manager doesn’t refund on orders that cannot be picked up so I basically paid for food that I cannot eat. This was the only money I had to eat for the day now I’m foodless and moneyless to find another spot for lunch. I will never order from them again not because of the food but the service was horrible.

Currently stuck in the drive through with a crying baby in my car for 20 minutes. There is no way out of the drive through once you’re in it. It is absolutely crazy for a drive through to take this long for smoothies.

Waited in line at the drive thru for a half hour only to be asked again what we ordered. Unbelievable.
