The service and everything about the visit was horrible. We never actually got to sit down. We were told to hold for 5-10 mins and were never called to sit. The host said she thought we were waiting for someone which was never said. Our entire valentines day plans were ruined as we had a reservation and it wasn't honored. Felt very off with the way we were treated.

We looked on line at the breakfast menu and it looked wonderful. When we got there we were told they only offer the tiny buffet on the weekends. I wish we were told that on line. Very disappointed.

This place has a full bar. Yet the bar service was horrific! I ordered a drink , got it 10 minutes later. They had to take it back as they put in juice and I had asked for no juice. Then brought another one 10 minutes later which had no alcohol in it! For $15! I didn't even bother telling them it was just so bad. My husband ordered a beer that took 15 minutes to get as the bartender couldn't get it out of the bar tap with the right level of foam. It was ridiculous and I will never go back again because of this. The food was ok but nothing great. Would have been fine if not for the terrible bar service.

Excellent food. Fantastic place I loved it. Fast and efficient service. Coffee ☕️ on point. Good price for the quality of service.

We made a reservation after viewing the brunch menu online. When we arrived we were told they don't check reservations and they don't serve the menu online. All they had was a small buffet. The food was very good but not at all what we were expecting. The online menu sounded was awesome so we were very disappointed to not experience that. We won't be back for this buffet unless we're hotel guests someday. The dinner is awesome there so we'll return for that.

We went for my friend's special occasion a couple of months ago.Service was wonderful, and the interior was so elegant. All foods and drinks were fabulous. Specially, the yuzu calamari? Was my favorite. Also, the vegan fritto misto is highly recommended for any vegan. This place is definitely underrated. We wish to visit again soon.

This place is so underrated and I’m surprised it’s not rated higher. The food, cocktails and service is always excellent. We discovered this place while staying at the hotel about a year ago and have since returned back at least once a month for dinner. Their burger is my favorite and the cocktails are expertly crafted.

Had reservations for 7:30. Arrived and was seated promptly. Waited 15 minutes for waitress to at least take our drink order . Continued to wait another 20 minutes and still no drink. We left without having anything, upset and now having to find another restaurant on my birthday dinner

We went in for drinks and desserts after having eaten somewhere else. The bartender was friendly and conversational. The drinks were fantastic and the dessert was great, too!

Parking: As with this whole section of Patriot Place: you have to park in the general lot and make your way to the restaurant. If you park parallel to rt 1 you're on ground level. If you park in front of the movie theater you have to either take the escalator by the theater or the stairs or elevator in front of the Hall of Fame/museum.

Hosted a business dinner here (on a non-sporting event evening). The food was good although I would have appreciated more vegetarian options and clearer identification of these on the menu.Service was super friendly, but only one server was on duty and it felt like that wasn't enough for the number of tables that were occupied.

Dinner was very good. It was not too crowded when we arrived. The noise level was not the restaurant itself, but came from the wedding that was just next door. The service was attentive too. Enjoy it overall, would go back! C

My wife and I made a reservation for 6 pm on the thursday night of a Bruce Springsteen concert. We figured since they handle crowds with the Patriots games that everything would be fine. We were dead wrong. We sat for 25 minutes until a server approached us and said she would send water over. Three managers hanging out at the front desk chatting. I had to get up from my seat to ask one of them if we are going to be served. Ten minutes later one of the managers took our order. We both ordered cheeseburgers. Pretty simple? twenty minutes later the food arrives and my burger arrives without cheese. The concert was starting soon so I don't dare send it back . We ask the server for some extra Ketchup and guess what that never arrived. Upon departure I informed one of the managers and he didn't even look me in the eye but said "sorry sir" This was a waste of time and money due to very poor management of this restaurant. Needless to say I would avoid this place during events at Gillette.

It was a Sunday game day dinner so they only serve a buffet. The servers were very helpful. The food was lukewarm with nothing spectacular included in the buffet Apparently the hostess told one of the servers to sit us in a section that was reserved and then informed us of the error and indicated t was the server who sat us incorrectly... it was bizarre. She could have just said she made a mistake instead of insisting it was the servers. Also, we did not change tables and the whoever reserved the table had not even showed up when we checked out.. again it was bizarre. I would not recommend the restaurant for the buffet. Maybe it is different during the week.
